Love the whiskey glasses.
I already had my own so thought it'd be a great idea for Christmas gifts. Ordered and received in a timely fashion now waiting for everyone to open at Christmas

Ordered my glasses, was emailed at every stage, one glass had a crack in it, replacement was dispatched immediately… to say the glasses are amazing is an understatement. Awesome product, outstanding service!

Shockingly bad quality Whisky glasses and decanter. Obvious seams, 3 per glass! And bubbles in the decanter. Absolutely can't believe the audacity to charge that amount of money for such cheap glassware. Also arrived dirty.
Can literally get the same or even better quality from the local $2 shop.

I can only assume the positive reviews here are fake.

Fortunately they refunded the money but pretty annoyed at this as a gift for Christmas.

My glasses arrived really quickly. They are really good quality and have a nice weight in you hand. I also love the wave design which is more interesting than regular glasses. Can’t wait to put them to use.

I went to do some last-minute Christmas shopping at Northland and saw the Malt and Brew pop up there! The staff were incredibly helpful in helping me pick a gift for my dad and were so knowledgeable about their products. In the end I bought 2 wave glasses and a decanter, which they also gift-wrapped for me! The glasses feel great to hold and are of good quality. The packaging is also nice and the glasses are well-protected inside. Overall, really happy with my purchase and will definitely be shopping with them next time for more gifts.

I had been looking for some quality whisky glasses for awhile as a present to my three brothers who will be my groomsmen. After searching I finally decided to buy the Japan Inspired Mt. Asama glasses as I like the wooden base for the glass. When they arrived I was bitterly disappointed. These glasses are described as "Premium" but what I received was terribly cheap. Thin glass, cheaply made, much smaller than described and light weight. Everything you don't want in a glass. The worst part about these was the glasses did not even sit center to the wooden base. Due to the quality and price of these I will not be shopping with Malt & Brew again. I will give credit for a simple return and refund with no hassle.

The customer service is impeccable and was surprised when another glassware arrived at the doorstep cause I was not satisfied with the original one. This time it was exactly what I wanted.
