Malwarebytes Premium Member…

I have been a Malwarebytes Premium member for several years and just updated to Essential coverage. I have not had any "new" issues since updating, but I have stayed "Safe" for the entire time I have had Malwarebytes on my Desktop computer and Cell phone. I highly recommend the system.

The amazing application on my iPhone 16…

The amazing application on my iPhone 16 Pro makes it very safe and protected… Easy installation and checking the status of my phone. There are weekly information in securuty domains, which keeps me updated on the latest threats and how to mitigate them. Overall, it provides peace of mind knowing my personal data is secure. Additionally, the app offers a user-friendly interface that makes navigation simple, even for those who may not be tech-savvy. Its proactive alerts ensure that I am always aware of any suspicious activity, allowing me to take immediate action if necessary.

I have had Malwarebytes for years!

I have had Malwarebytes for years!! I was told about it when I was in college, and my professor recommended it. We have always liked it and when we purchase a computer, we automatically put Malwarebytes on it, and make sure and uninstall all the others even if we have free subscriptions to them.

Top draw protection

I am also a long term user of MWB (7-8 years). The Select/Premium product gives me the protection I need and better all round confidence that I am and will be safe within the cesspit of fraud and scams. I really like the regular security report that a) worry me and then (b) assure me that MWB has got my back. No threats encountered since subscribing to Select and Premium.

Malwarebytes has been an effective…

Malwarebytes has been an effective protector of my computer for a few years now. It sends regular bulletins of items of interest, i.e., scams, urgent cell phone update, all of which I am most appreciative.

Customer service has - until this year - been excellent. Now, however, it is impossible to email/talk to a live person which is really sad, frustrating, and seriously disappointing. Now one has to CHAT, ugh. I discovered this in March 2026. Quite the shock.

I'm sad for the awesome techs who no longer talk to their customers and resolve issues so efficiently.

Talking to a machine is hopeless when, as a customer, I don't know what questions should be asked or how to explain clearly the issue. Here's where the techs help out with pertinent questions and they actually listen.

Please bring back the techs.

Successful recovery of failed PC

I am a long time customer of Malwarebytes because the way it detects malware from other signature based virus detection. On recent recovery effort on a possible infected windows PC, Malwarebytes detected and successfully removed over 230 threats. The signature based virus detection only found 2. Due to Malwarebytes detection and removal, was able to successfully recover the failed PC to operational status. Thank you for being on top of the threat issues everyday.

Poor customer service

I have been trying for nearly a week to cancel my auto-renewal as I now use Norton for a suite of protection. I have changed my Malwarebytes password, but when I try to close my account, it says my password is incorrect!

I have tried to contact support but everytime I do, I get this message "Oops, something went wrong! Please try again later". I have tried at different time of day, in case they only cover Californian hours :-(

I give up. I cannot see another way to contact these people. I will try and block the subscription through my credit card
