Been a customer for years , never had a problem , plenty of emails the software is easy to use and understand . Great value for money . Love how I can cover 5 devices at once. Like getting the emails telling me all the latest goings on. Would definitely recommend.

I used to go to an online movie and tv site but it got infected with ads and other scammer things. Fortunately the Malwarebytes blocked evey single pop up and viruses with clear warnings. If you don't have Malwarebytes,,,,, get it. Way cheaper than having your computer in a shop to remove viruses. Excellent product and worth evey penny.

I used to Love Malwarebytes, it's effective, but annoying at times. The Problem is their Pricing is getting out of control. It was worth it for $29.99 a year. But Now they have me paying $89.99 for it, that is outrageous to me for 3 pc coverage. They block things I don't want blocked and stop me from visiting websites I know are okay just because of false reporters. It's still not simple to add exceptions for some sites. Does it work? Yes and it's effective in many cases, but price point is making me mad. You have limited options for buying or reducing cost, I only use 2 computers at the moment, that's too expensive for it. May have to find another option. I've used it for years, but there is a breaking point.

I have been with Malwarebytes for quite a few years now and ( touch wood) no problems at all apart from my lack of computer skills.
Very quick to respond to questions and simple answers foe people like myself.
VPN is my only query but Im sure I will learn more.

Excellent product but poor customer support
Excellent product but customer support leaves MUCH to be desired. 1) Direct phone contact with an agent is discouraged and the process of doing so is so onerous that it's not worth it. 2) I mistakenly added one too many devices to my plan and was refused when I requested it be removed. To accomplish that, I would have had to cancel my entire plan and start over.
UPDATE 3/12/2026 - Malwarebytes followed up on this review with a very fair, reasonable and more than adequate offer to “make this right”. My generation is challenged by technology and lacks the ability to easily navigate it like most. Malwarebytes follow up and level of commitment completely resolved my frustration, which was only with the process of managing my subscription and not their product. I am now not only 100% pleased with their product but their customer support as well.

I have had Malwarebytes on my computers for many years. On Friday the 28th of February, my email and computers were compremised. Since I pay for Malwarebytes service, how was it possible for a hacker to enter my computer thru my email? Right now, not very happy with the service that Malwarebytes is providing me! They only offer an AI bot for customer…
They only offer an AI bot for customer service once a subscription has been canceled. They canceled me early even though I had already paid. THEY REUSE TO RESPOND TO ANY INQUIRIES. I would not trust them nor use them going forward. Bottom line they are basic, have awful customer service, and not worth the money. I'm going to Norton.

Don't waste your time with this outfit. Rubbish products that definitely DON'T do what they say on the tin. Even after quite a bit of to-ing and fro-ing with their "support" people, they eventually admitted that their ad blocker doesn't actually work on all websites (despite them saying initially that it does).
