Extremely disappointed
I ordered some pyjamas for my wife's first Mother's Day. I waited 5 days but didn't get any update / dispatch notification. I emailed customer services and was told that the item was out of stock. I was offered a refund or different item of the same value but my wife couldn't find anything suitable, as the pyjamas had been on sale and the rest of their items are so expensive. I asked twice if the company were willing to offer something as a goodwill gesture for the poor communication and my wife's disappointment at being left empty-handed on her first Mother's Day, but they never even bothered to respond to my query. I usually prefer buying from small independent businesses, as they tend to be more attentive to customer satisfaction in order to compete with larger companies. However, MamaMoosh seem to think that they're the exception, despite the hollow claim on their website about commitment to "exceptional customer service". They will no doubt claim some nonsense about sale stock levels being unreliable, which has never been an issue when I've ordered from other small companies before. My strong suspicion is that the order was never processed and they only realised when I emailed, by which time they had sold the remaining stock. It speaks volumes about their terrible service that I was left to chase this up and then subsequently ignored. Needless to say, I will not be buying from them again, and I would recommend others to avoid this company unless you enjoy being treated with such contempt
