I ordered the postpartum belly band after doing tons of research on belly bands during pregnancy. After receiving it, I was eager to wear it postpartum. Unfortunately, my belly was way bigger than pre-pregnancy (as expected), but the sizing guide said to go based on pre-pregnancy size. I contacted MammaBump right away about the sizing issue and they responded quickly. I love the quality of the band and can't wait to receive the correct size.

I would give this review 5 stars, but I feel that the sizing guide should be updated.

My only tip would be if you are unsure re sizing, I found it helpful to go up a size! :)

Drop shipped straight from china. Despite advertising that their delivery to Australia is only 3-5 business days, it took more than 4 weeks to arrive & no tracking was provided until probably the 3rd week. I emailed twice asking if my order was coming and for shipping updates with no reply. It was very much giving scammy vibes. It wasnt until it arrived, and I emailed A THIRD time for a refund/compensation was when they finally replied with the only resolution to ship it back to them at my own cost. Not to mention I now am receiving lots of scam emails ever since ordering with them. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The ordering process was easy, i did not take into consideration how much i would grow in the last few weeks and went with a large and its just too small that i the velcro wont reach. I reached out to support at Mumma Bump as if i was to return the item to change size it would be a while until i received the new size and as i am already 10days pp after csection i felt it wouldnt be effective and they have offered me support within my mistake and are sending me a new belt to the correct size as no extra cost. This company is obviously ran by women and the support i have received today i can not recommend them enough in such a vunerable time of my life.
I will definitely pay it forward and gift the smaller belt to someone in need when the time is right.

Absolutely love this brand already. The quality of the postpartum undies is excellent, they're soft, supportive, and beautifully designed. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making something that’s both practical and lovely. What really stood out to me, though, was their customer service. They were so kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience feel very personal and caring. It’s rare to come across a company that’s this thoughtful with their customers. I’m really looking forward to using them and would happily recommend them to others.

Love the range of products offered by Mammabump. It has been my pregnancy and postpartum go - to. I accidentally placed an incorrect order and the Customer Service was eager to provide me with another solution. I love all their products especially the postpartum belt, cooling pack and postpartum briefs. I highly recommend their products.

I am so impressed with the MammaBump Postpartum Belly Band and Fourth Trimester Brief! The quality is excellent, and it feels sturdy yet comfortable—just what I need as I recover from my C-section. I can’t wait to use this to help bring back my pre-pregnancy body.

Having had a previous C-section, I know how challenging recovery can be, and I really wish I had discovered this sooner. This will definitely make my postpartum journey much easier and more comfortable. Highly recommend for any mom recovering from C-section and also normal delivery.

So happy with my purchase, it’s been a real time-saver. Suction s perfect, the different inserts make it super easy to find the right size, and the pumps are lightweight and super discreet. I can finally move around. I feel like I’ve got my life back, thanks mammabump!

My order was taking weeks to arrive so I contacted them to be informed they had run out of stock and it’s now on its way. Shockingly bad service to have to contact the company and find this out, instead of them letting me know. It’s convenient that once I contacted them it got dispatched. Won’t use them again!

Ordered my item in December, which by mid Jan was never received. After contacting them multiple times through social media and email and getting the same response that ‘Emma’ would look into the issue I gave up thinking it would arrive.

Fast forward to the beginning of Feb, my order was apparently lost. Basically 5/6 weeks of time wasted and I won’t receive it. Had to go via my bank to get refunded!

I’ve now purchased the momcozy and it arrived in 3 days. Save yourself the time and do the same.

The bra took 2 weeks to arrive, and when it arrived, I was so disappointed, the product smells of chemical, materials feel very cheap, I have purchased similar products from other brands, so it is very obvious this product is not a good one. Then I emailed for a return, however they asked me to ship it to Australia and cover the return postage...I live in the UK, the package was sent from China, but somehow I need to send it to Australia, which is very strange.

The bra also comes with no tag or label, no indication of where this is made, or materials, and it smells cheap and felt very cheap, instead of the bamboo I initially bought it for!
Please avoid this product.....

bought the Postpartum Soothing Briefs and really like them. The fabric is very soft and breathable, which is great for sensitive skin after birth. They fit well, feel supportive, and helped me feel more comfortable during recovery. You can tell they are made with new mums in mind.

I ordered an XL, but it was too big. I wanted to change the size, so I sent an email through the website. Their customer service was excellent—they replied quickly and offered a free replacement in the correct size. I really appreciated how they handled everything.

I would definitely recommend their products and customer service and would happily order again.

I’ve shopped with mamabump a few times as I’ve had a c-section and recovery and self care is super important to me. Highly recommend their products esp the briefs and the silicone scar sheets for healing 💛

I ordered the maternity briefs recently and cannot be any happier with them! At 12 weeks post c-section I found these briefs to be the most supportive underwear since birth, I wish I ordered these sooner! Buttery soft and they dont roll down. They have drastically improved my scar adhesion pain and I am now able to exercise. Thanks Mamma Bump!

Similar to another recent reviewer I also ordered a wearable on 15th Jan and it is now 4th Feb and yet to arrive or even ship.
The website says 3-5 business days for delivery hence ordered the pump for an event but now that has been and gone
Would not recommend unless you have months to wait.
The issue I have is that there was no notification of delayed shipping or any contact from the customer service team until I followed up several times.

Very happy with the belly band. I put it on and feel my pelvis and back are well supported and relieved. The fabric is very soft and comfortable. Thank you so much.

Customer service is pretty quick and focused on the customer. I love the fabric of the postpartum underwear as well as the cut! Runs a little large.

I ordered their postpartum bend in size M , it was too small . However customer service was nice enough to send me new one in large size, which I can’t wait to wear. Quality of band seems really good.
