I purchased a postpartum band in the wrong size and they offered to send me the next size up with no extra charge. Though things may take awhile, their customer service do try to give the best service they can. I’m a returning customer and would do so again. Thank you :)

I reached out to customer service as my order hadn’t arrived 6 days after purchase and I was getting anxious because my due date was approaching. Emma was super kind and supportive and reassured me that my order had been shipped with a small delay due to high demand from a promotion, and kept me regularly updated until I received it. She was a total superstar and I got my belly band just a few days later. The band itself is comfortable to wear, helps my back ache less, and makes me feel supported. All in all great experience for me with this brand.

I ordered the silicone scar strips and multiple pairs of the postpartum underwear as I was struggling a lot with c section pain. The underwear are super comfortable. However I did have to request an exchange to size up as they were too tight even though I followed the size guide. The company seems great about making things right though! The silicone scar strips are awesome and I’m already seeing results after a couple days. The only thing that is frustrating is how long shipping takes.

Ordered this for my wife in the lead up to our twins’ birth, and of course did not have a real opportunity to try it on beforehand. The twins showed up early and as of 3 weeks PP the belt is not fitting correctly. We reached out and they have the best customer service that we have seen of any mother/baby brand we have dealt with helping us get the correct size sent our way.

I order the belly band but unfortunately the size did not fit perfectly. Upon contacted the customer service they offered me the belly band as a gift with no extra charge. Extremely happy with the product.

I love MammaBump products, easy to use n practical. Espcially the Postpartum recovery bundle which has everything I need as a C-sec mum to recover fast since Day 2. They offer to send another new product without exchange when I got the wrong size. Much appreciate their team"s understanding.

I was due for my delivery on 25th Jan and wanted to make sure I was fully prepared for my recovery, so I ordered my MammaBump belly band well in advance of my delivery date.
When the package arrived, I realised I had ordered a smaller size. I was a bit worried about the exchange process, but I shouldn't have been! The customer support team was absolutely amazing—they were incredibly helpful and made initiating the exchange quick and stress-free.
Even though the initial size wasn't right for me, I could immediately tell that the band is excellent quality. The material feels durable yet comfortable, and you can tell it’s designed to provide real support.
I’m really impressed with both the product and the service. If you're looking for a quality belly band and a company that actually cares about its customers, I highly recommend MammaBump!

I’ve ordered Fourth Trimester Soothing Briefs, delivery took little bit longer than expected (to the UK), but there was good communication when I emailed them. Items are great, very very comfortable and nice material. Recommend them for postpartum.

I have been purchasing everything for my Daughter to gift to her when her bub arrives in March. (First time Grandmama! Very excited). Being a Mum of 3 and researching all the new things available now....
It was one-shop shopping for all at Mumma Bump. Everything has been perfect. And they help with everything and offer up to date advice.

I have heard a lot about this belly band on facebook and I thought I should order one bcz with my first daughter I didn't loose my belly fat so while my second daughter born I thought I should order belly band. So I have ordered it on first week of December. But until the delivery I need to wait to measure the size and I have delivered my baby on 17th Jan 2026. Later I tried to wear it but it was small and cant fit my belly. So I requested them to exchange with large size. So now they are happy to exchange them. So excited to wear them once it arrives with the correct size. Quality of the belly band is so good and comfortable. Thanks

I ordered Bundle package and when it arrived the size didn't fit me right but as per their policy I contacted customer support team and they are going to send me upgraded size straight away. Can't wait to wear my new band once baby is here.

The items look and feel really nice. I accidentally ordered the wrong size for one of my purchases, and while customer support was quite slow initially, they eventually helped me with the exchange.

I ordered breast pump for my daughter, website said it ships within 72hrs. ordered 14 Jan, emailed 27 Jan to find out where it is? They have just dispatched on 27 Jan folllowing receipt of my email. This will take another week at least to get to NZ. i will need to purchase another brand now as it is needed. pretty annoying and wouldn’t recommend unless you purchase with months to spare. No comms from customer service either 😞

Very happy with my postpartum panties! They're super comfortable and they make me feel supported after my c-section. I'm going to buy some more and gift them to my 2 friends who have their c-sections planned soon.

I am 3 weeks postpartum with my first baby & I purchased the belly band & briefs for recovery after my birth. Delivery came quickly but unfortunately the size I ordered was too big! However I was offered to be sent my correct size free of charge! I am super happy with the service, the quality of the products & that I am able to get my sizing issue fixed!

I ordered two pairs of soothing postpartum pants to wear after surgery. I ordered the wrong size and MamaBump kindly said they would send me the correct size without me having to return the original ones I bought. Very convenient for me! Thank you MamaBump!

This company is a scam. I ordered over 10 days ago and still hasn’t been dispatched. When I contact via email or Instagram I’m sent a generic chat bot AI message and that the manager ‘Emma’ will be in contact however that email from ‘Emma’ is the exact AI generated message I received on Instagram. The company is a joke do not order from here.
