Manchesterwindowfactory Reviews

MWF have just fitted a replacement bay window and kitchen patio door. From the initial contact with them, they have been professional, courteous and open with us.
1) Great quality and good value materials, made in Manchester
2) Clear communication throughout
3) Friendly and professional fitters arrived on time on specified day
4) The fitters noticed a fault on one of the windows. This was immediately reordered and replacement was fitted within a week.
We would recommend this firm. We will use them again

I’ve recently had an external side door installed to the garage. Really good job, arrived when they said they would, installed the door fantastically, solid and all locks inline, no mess afterwards, mrs works at home and could continue having meetings etc while they worked. Its been installed a week and no snagging to report. Kevin was very polite and professional, he even drank the aweful cup of coffee with no complaints. Would purchase from them again

Absolutely flawless. We had every window in our house replaced by MWF and the entire process couldn’t have been better. We were very happy with the price and the quality of work far exceeded the amount paid. Wouldn’t ever consider using a different window company in the future.

New Cellar Door Installed - great initial communication to get a quote and book in the work. On the day Kevin did a cracking job and despite lots of weird angles and difficult positioning to install door the end result is perfect. My thanks to Kev - great to see a professional at work! Would recommend Manchester Window Factory based on a job well done!

Manchester Window Factory were great from start to finish. Can't really think of any faults at all. From visiting the showroom to the final installation the service and product has been superb. Danny was great. Communication has been excellent. They did exactly what they siad they would and when they were going to do it. If all traders operated in this fashion life would be a lot simpler. I would highly recommend.

From the start Danny and Ash were fantastic. Very speedy service and Ash was even able to fit us in before Xmas which was great. The fitters did a fab job and were very professional. Would highly recommend. Simon

Very professional with a neat and tidy finish

Very helpful team, really good service since the beginning. The windows look beautiful and amazing quality.

Start to finish MWF have been a pleasure to work with. Great comms, really competitive price and the fitters were excellent. Arrived bright and early each day and didn’t stop. Delighted with the end result.

Great service. Very knowledgable. Have used before and will do again

Very easy to work with and helpful. Much more reasonable quote than other firms.
Efficient install and we really like the door.

Our experience with Manchester Windows Factory was very positive, from our visit to the shop, through to a home consultation and installation. More expensive compared to some companies, but an obvious difference in quality and design. Throughout the process all staff were very helpful, patient and informative and work was carried out within a decent time frame politely, cleanly and professionally.
A problem was noticed with a window the day after installation but this was soon rectified quickly and easily. We would readily use this company again.

From start to finish the experience with MWF was great. This is the second time we have used them to replace windows and were happy with the service they provided. They were quick to respond to emails and questions. There was a quick turn around from placing the order to the windows being fitted. The window fitters worked quickly on the day and were very tidy. There was a fault in one of the panes of glass which was identified and resolved. We would recommend MWF and would happily use them again in the future.

Really easy process from the start- everyone turned up on time, did the work quickly to a high standard and cleaned up after themselves! Couldn’t ask for more

Got quotes from 3 locals companies. Though they were slightly more expensive than the other companies, Manchester Window Factory provided the best overall experience at this stage. They were quick to respond to emails and provide a detailed quote, and very helpful when I attended the shop but not overbearing.

I had a single glass door installed replacing a pair of french doors, and a broken pane of glass replaced on an encapsulated stained glass window. Very happy with the products and work done. Staff were friendly and tidy. Work completed on schedule. Would use again.

Professionally managed and installed, we could not be more delighted with our MWF's Bi-fold doors and the transformation they have made.

We obtained 3 quotes. The MWF price seemed very fair. The salesman was experienced and knowledgeable. He was very willing to answer all of our questions, but did not pester us while we took our time to make a decision. The work started on time. A large team of people was assigned to the installation work. They seemed to know what they were doing, were polite and conscientious and tidied up carefully after each day. We are very pleased with the product (wood effect uPVC in golden oak colour) which is just right for our traditional house. They are making good any minor glitches that occurred along the way.

The team at Manchester Window Factory are brilliant. We had 11 windows and have since ordered 2 more. The service was excellent from start to finish! Their pricing was competitive, the installation was high quality, everything well organised and overall the windows are great quality.

Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the overall work undertaken and completed on the day as agreed.
I would recommend Manchester Window Factory for anybody looking to replace existing windows, or for new building work being completed.

2 day job, conservatory windows, roof and doors.End of day 1,half a roof,no windows, workmen gone,no tarpaulin to secure the conservatory it was left open to the elements,it rained that night, conservatory floor wet and then muddied next day with workers shoes.Day 2,roof and windows installed, doors too big,we now have Sterling board where the doors should be, doors won't be ready for a week.something obviously dropped on the floorastheres now a hole in one of the floor tiles.Absolutr disgrace, shambles from start to (not) finish.
