Manchesterwindowfactory Reviews

Had window glass replaced today, very good company, would recommend. Work man really good and a pleasure to have working in your home. We will be using them in the future.

Ash and Alex were absolutely incredible. So accommodating, helpful and provided great advice. Alex was quick and efficient with visiting to provide a quote and was on hand to talk through some changes we wanted to make, which was no problem at all. An extremely professional service and I would highly recommend. We absolutely love our new doors. Thank you!

Ours was quite a big job as we replaced 16 windows and 2 doors. They turned up promptly on day 1 with a large team and worked really hard to get the job done quickly and efficiently within the week. The windows were well fitted. One pane was unfortunately cracked during transit but it was re-ordered and fitted quickly and with no fuss. Nothing was too much trouble and they were keen to help throughout. The rendering on the house needed patching up afterwards and this was done really well. They were friendly throughout and the quality of the product and the work was excellent.

We have used MWF for our BiFold doors a few years back and we were more than happy to ask them to supply and fit the all the windows in our house (2 bay windows and 4 other windows of varying size). They were competitively priced, professional, tidy, approachable and communicative at every step of the way. We have recommended them to friends who have equally been impressed with their service, quality and professionalism.

From the helpful design ideas, survey and fitting everything went smoothly.
The windows themselves are excellent quality.
Everyone we have spoken with and met from the Manchesterwindowfactory have been a delight to work with.
This was our 2nd purchase from them having had 2 larger windows installed a few years ago

The new windows look great and we are very happy with them! The fitters were excellent, very efficient and made little mess. A seamless experience from first contact to the end. One window was stained glass and they worked with us brilliantly to achieve our design. It exceeded our expectations.

Windows look great, the lads were punctual and pleasant to deal with. Even extending the size of the windows with issues or fuss.

Absolutely brilliant. Always kept up to date with estimated installation date and when installed a beautiful job. I would recommend them to anyone

Guys have done a great job of the windows and came back to make an adjustment to one

They were very patient whilst we went through the panning permission process. When it came to install 3 windows and a door, they were done in a day by 2.30 pm!

They were honest and professional from the day we met Danny.
All procedure was explained in a simple and clear way along with the pricing for our new conservatory.
The guys turned up on time and did a really good job in which both myself and my wife are very happy with. They were professional courteous and made no mess and the conservatory is to a high standard with quality materials used .
I would have no problem in recommending Danny and his team if you require a conservatory or replacement doors windows etc.
Thank you to Danny Alex and all the team . Looking forward to spending many hours in our new conservatory

Fantastic work and fixed the issue with draughts.
The entire team has been great. Considering the awful weather we have had this week. They’ve just got on with it when it was below freezing.
Special mention to Steve whose finishing has made all the difference.

Great service from start to finish. Really happy with my door. The lads who turned up were great too. Would recommend

We’re really pleased with our Heritage Sash Windows and the service offered by Manchester Windows Factory. They were really helpful in the showroom explaining the options available, the survey and fitting were done quickly and things left clean. Most importantly the windows are of great quality and improve the look of our house

Everything as promised, on time, to a high standard, by friendly and cheerful fitters.

Our new aluminium door looks stunning. The installation took slightly longer than expected but well worth the wait - the finish is excellent. Communication has been fantastic from our very first enquiry. I would definitely recommend.

Dealing with professionals from start to finish.
All members of the team were knowledgeable, helpful and willing to go the extra mile.
Great communications and patience in developing the design, before finalising the works.
The site team were extremely courteous and considerate, dealing with unforeseen problems quickly and effectively. They worked hard, with a great customer focus and pride in their work.
I was delighted with the finished product, complete service and would definitely work with them again.

Recently had new windows and doors from MWF.
I chose the company as I had been looking for some authentic looking & functioning sash uPVC windows and I am delighted with them and the flush fit casements. The new doors are perfect with MWF getting a surprise bespoke stained glass design for the fan light window, i keeping with the glass design in the front door.
The company went above and belong with all my requests. The fitters were excellent, hard working, polite and respectful of my property - great installation.
Thanks to all
