Mandala Beach Club was honestly one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at a beach club, and it felt like a complete waste of money from start to finish. Despite spending a ridiculous amount of dollars, the service was shockingly poor and borderline pathetic, with staff who seemed uninterested, untrained, and visibly annoyed to do even the bare minimum. The place had almost no crowd or atmosphere, making it feel dull and lifeless rather than vibrant or premium as it claims to be, and instead of that exclusivity feeling, it just came across as empty and badly managed. Orders took forever, simple requests were ignored, and there was zero effort to make guests feel valued or welcomed. For a venue that clearly prices itself as high-end, the overall experience was cheap, frustrating, and completely underwhelming, leaving me regretting every dollar spent and wondering how a place with so much potential can fail so badly at the basics of service, energy, and customer care.
