What a disgrace M & P DUNN LTD are !!
They done some rendering repairs to my home in 2018 (which they built in 2005). I asked the owner how long the guarantee would last for this repair. He replied "around 10 years," i duly wrote this on my invoice as it represented their verbal guarantee. Some 4.5 years later i noticed that some cracks had appeared on the render. Despite innumerable phone calls, emails, texts etc they have completely ignored my requests that they return to make good the repair.
They are unreliable & unprofessional and obviously not prepared to honour their own guarantee.
So be aware of this company. Get a written guarantee for any work they do.
