Great Customer Service

I wanted to purchase two calendars from their online store.
I found that the online shop didn't ship outside of Italy, but after contacting the customer service via WhatsApp, they arranged a shipment to Germany. They were super friendly and always replied fast (within business hours) to questions and requests.

The calendars were very well packed and weren't damaged, even though someone in my building ripped the hard carton envelope open (probably to see what is inside).

I'm so happy with the purchase and the experience, thank you MangaYo 🥰
