SCAM do not order!!!

I ordered a book that is in reality is no longer available. They make it look like that they still have it or can get it but that is NOT true. They immediately they your money but then it is impossible to contact them. They have a chatbot but you cannot ask questions and it replies always with the same standard answer. Their e-mail address is fake also it generates automatic e-mails that refer you the not working chatbot.

I got no book and no refund

I bought a book (ordine numero 566456V del 1/12/2024), which could not be delivered. My Creditcard got charged. I made several complaints but I never got an answer.
PS 18.02.2026, Thx for the quick answer and the complete refund.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, absolutely to be avoided, it's a scam, They write available and then they don't deliver it for several days, continuously changing the delivery date

I have no clue where my order is and…

I have no clue where my order is and when I'm going to receive it. The website is a maze to get through. I've ordered 11 books from the same series. It's been a week and a half since I've ordered. I order stuff from the other side of the planet and they give me more information than a shop that's located in the same continent as me. This is just pure laziness. If you don't have my order in stock just tell me and I will cancel it and get a refund.

No official email, only chat communication. they make it hard to cancel an order. unclear if they booked to much from my account. feels like scam!!!

Scammers

Scammers, they don’t have in stocks but they take your money right away. I have not recieved any thing from them. But they have not refunded fully.

Non ordinare mai, mai, mai!

Due ordini di materiali e libri in due periodi differenti, materiali e libri che si trovano anche in cartolibreria e non sono riusciti a farmeli avere dopo 80 giorni. Vergognoso! Mai più! Sconsigliatissimo!

Acquisto libro dicembre 2023, accertata indisponibilità e cancellazione ordine 28/01/24. mia recensione TrustPilot 7/02. Rimborso effettivamente ricevuto 13/02. Risposta Unilibro 27/02/2024.

After that, I got an email telling me that they will not send the book, but I could cancel the order. I cancelled the order, but no refund is issued, despite the fact that I never received any book. I am still waiting for the refund, but Unilibro does not communicate, they do not have an operative email to write back and their AI chat system cannot understand what the problem is. So I am under the impression that I will not get my money back and nobody at Unilibro cares about it!

I ordered two books in DECEMBER

I ordered two books in DECEMBER; I have been kept on 'pending' for months for one, that I have just asked for full refund of (surely that will not take long...). The other one has been shipped after more than a month (I only received an email stating that it had been shipped with no tracking and the reassuring reminder that it could always get lost); I haven't received the book, I can't ask for reimbursement for this one because I'm not given the option; I was told I'd be contacted but I haven't and there is no way of contacting the company. I want to be refunded for both books and I want nothing more to do with this company

Emma, lei ha ordinato un libro segnalato come di Disponibilità Incerta nella scheda del prodotto, sicuramente lo avrà letto prima di concludere l'ordine, perchè lo segnaliamo appositamente. Questo significa che è un volume inserito a catalogo da editore, ma la cui ricerca è piuttosto complicata e con tempi più lunghi di quelli standard.

Abbiamo cercato di reperirlo su più fornitori, purtroppo senza avere risposte concrete e, in conclusione, abbiamo proceduto al rimborso automatico sul conto della carta con cui ha eseguito l'ordine.

Ordering Books was a Total Waste of Time

I waited an additional month beyond the date I initially placed my order on just to find out that the book was not available. The book company neglected to inform me what the status of my order and shipping was, and neglected to convey the availability of the book itself, and whether I wished to cancel the order or keep it still open after their 40 - day deadline. The entire process was a complete waste of time compounded with an egregious lack of communication. The only contact is an extremely restricted online chat session only available at certain hours during the day, which is especially inconvenient from here in the U.S.A. I am also inquiring why Unilibro advertises books that they don’t even have available to sell. Customers, beware of this incompetent customer care service at a company which I would never recommend to anyone wishing to order books.
