Would give a 0 star. Ordered three months ago. Nothing has arrived. Sent 3 emails. No response. Complete scam

ZERO RATING. THEY ARE A RIP OFF. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I went back and forth with them for SEVEN months! First, it took them 3 months for them to send in the bra I ordered (I emailed them several times). Then, when it finally came, it wasn’t even the size I ordered! It was WAY too small. They offered to send me a new one (which didn’t come for another month). When it did, it was WAY too big! I asked fo a refund and they said if I send it back, they could give me a full refund. I sent it back, and they gave me a wrong address and said I would have to ship it somewhere else after I had already spent $14 dollars to ship it out and said they wouldn’t reimburse me for the shipping! I was going back and forth with them for weeks because it takes them a whole week or more to even respond!!!! They are so unprofessional and rude! WASTE OF MONEY. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.

Ordered in October 2020 and still not delivered in Feb 2021. The tracking number has expired and they have not responded and not refunded. Stay away

Not even deserve a star!!! Advertisement mislead consumer that this product is from US but actually from China.
Sent the product after 4-6 weeks and I did not receive the product at all. Always said the product has been delivered and cannot track which courier company for me to track the product.
Requested full refund and not allowed!
Waste of Money!

Waste of money!!!!! You will lose your money if you buy this bra! I bought it in December 2020 and the bra has a small size and does not support the breasts in any way. I asked for refund and I’m waiting until today. The customer service of mangolift is very bad and nobody answers you. Waste of money

Zero stars!!! Took 78 days to come in and was 5cup sizes to small! I have emailed them like 20 times and they won’t do anything said it has to be returned which I did (return to sender) cause they wanted to charge me 23.87 to send back! Postal worker says that it was not even a good address! All they keep saying is return to us with tracking number which postal lady gave me one. And now they saying it’s over 30 days well ya cause It takes them two weeks to answer you and they just give you the run around!

MangoLift is a rip off. I sent my item back as it as way too small for me (I’m a 36DDD) and asked for a refund. Also bear in mind that it took about a month and half for me to receive my item. I asked for return address and they gave me a NY address which I sent to along with the order number. It’s now been 3 weeks and they are still asking for “what address did I send it to”, “what’s the tracking number” over and over. I’ve explained numerous times and provided the address with the email of where they told me to send it to.
This review is really no stars. It’s clearly a scam.
DO. NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Bra arrived but was no where near the correct size. Spoke with their support where they offered to send another out, if we provided actual measurements (rather than the size) and then nothing. Can't even get them to respond to an email anymore.

This is a SCAM! Bra does not fit properly as advertised. When I complained they sent a replacement but still does not fit! They offered a 30% refund but never confirmed when they will credit me. Buyer beware!

Never received package tracing number can not be found. No response when I requested refund. complete fraud

Its a scam. The bra is useless and if you want to return it you have to pay for your own shipping to China. (Which is more than the product cost) They said that they wont even send you a packing address. They offered me 20% refund so we'll see if I ever get that measly $5.

BIG TIME SCAM! Took 3 months to arrive in Canada because they pretend it comes from New York but it ships from China. The fit sucks!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I wish I could give them a zero or a negative stars. Worst product that won’t arrive, they will run away with your money and never reply to emails. They are a 100% and a 5 star FRAUD company. Please beware of them and don’t buy from them!

This place has TERRIBLE service. Their bra is completely uncomfortable & does absolutely nothing.
BUT, that is not my issue with this company... I contacted them multiple times (through email considering that was the only way to contact someone)
If you try to return an item before the 30 days.. they will take weeks & multiple emails (on your part) for them to respond. Which will be AFTER the 30 day return deadline.
Their response was:
“ Thank you for reaching out again to us and we apologize for the untimely response, due to a massive amount of emails it's hard for us to respond to all of you all at once.
I apologize but since it's already beyond the 30-day guarantee we cannot provide you any return information anymore.”

I emailed them multiple times, sent screenshots of my emails that were BEFORE THE 30 DAYS & they respond with that.
So needless to say, if you do not like the product, you are screwed on even thinking about getting a return.
You’d be much better off giving your wife money for hobby lobby decorations.

If there was a way I could put no stars I would. The bra was awful. Now I’m trying to return it, but they locked me out of my account and won’t let me log back in. Not only that, but the website doesn’t even mention how to do returns! I also saw that this is manufactured in China and I gave it the benefit of the doubt quality wise, but then tried and it; my suspicions were correct that this is one of the companies that is just trying to rip off the customer by producing poor versions of things we’ve seen online. The only difference is that the price is higher, so I thought maybe the quality would be higher. Don’t waste your money or time on this

This company is a absolute rip off you spend money on a product and they even try and get you to buy a second one they say they are based out of New York and I have tried several times to contact them yep you guessed correct they don’t respond and I have Still yet to get my product so angry I ordered back in July it’s now December

Worst bra ever! Tiny, cheap. This is the biggest rip off I have ever seen. They don’t have anywhere on website to review bras or return bras. Beware, do not buy this bra that comes from China and takes a month to ship. Piece of trash!
