Manheim online vehicle auction runs…

Manheim online vehicle auction runs smoothly, very easy to register and bid. I was able to follow the auction and my bids were immediately placed with no lag delays. The auction was in real time. The purchasing of the vehicle I was successful in bidding for was a very smooth process. I was able to pick up the same day. The condition report was also excellent. I will purchase from Manheim again

Lies, Deception & Fraud

I was sold a vehicle and the seller performed a bad repair in order to get it to pass post sale inspection. In the report it stated no check engine light. When I received the vehicle it had a check engine light for a timing chain problem. I arbitrated the vehicle and a few days later I was told I had a valid arbitration and was asked what I would like to do. I stated I would like to return the vehicle. The same day I sent my transportation expense for reimbursement. After a few days I received no money so I emailed to find out what was wrong. I was not answers for a few days and told they were trying to straighten out a couple things. I asked what things. I was then answered a few days after my asking what the issue was and I was told there was a picture of the timing chain code but if there was a check engine light then I had a valid claim. I immediately responded that of course there was a check engine light. That is how I knew there was a problem. I even emailed the seller the day I received the vehicle telling them there was a problem with the engine and i asked if they wanted me to return it with Dealshield and reimburse me for transportation or if I should arbitrate it. I got no response. After a few more days I was told they made a mistake and could not honor the arbitration claim and they made a mistake when they told me I had a valid claim. I emailed that since they took so long to reverse their decision that I was now out of my dealshield window. The arbitrator said to ask dealshield for an extension. I did and dealshield said no. I contacted customer care and the person i spoke to took all my emails and statements and said there should be no way i should be held liable for the vegucke. He says he was sending it for appeal. 2 weeks went by and i heard nothing. Even after i emailed the customer care agent asking the status. I then called customer care again and was told i lost the case. Again, no communication. They made a knitter decision without letting me know. I repeatedly needed to pry and find out the status. I then contacted the GM Maxine and she very rudely said she would not honor my claim. The claim I was initially told I won. I have no choice Bhutto to take this as far as I need to in order to get out if this fraudulent sale and fraudulent way I was told I had a valid claim and then 2 weeks later told I did not. I will not rest until this is fixed. I have now has business damage because I cannot buy abkther vehicle because this is taking up almost $10k in my floorplan line of credit. I was wronged terribly by Manheim and I will fight this through every channel I have to.

DONT TRUST THIS BUSINESS

This is the most untrustworthy business they do not care at all about their buying customers I spent £500 k with them in a year yet when I had problems with cars I had bought under sure check they reached for every single bit of the small print to wriggle out of resolving the issue. Don’t trust the sure check process I bought a car that was described as having an unidentifiable odour when I drove the. Car away the odour was petrol and very strong at that and very dangerous I had to drive with the windows down. When I identified the problem they refused to fix the issue despite the seriousness of the issue re Co2 poisoning they kept pointing to their terms and conditions

Had bidding for vehicle

Had bidding for vehicle, the vehicle come up with reserve price from the vendor!
All fine but the costumer rights are out of their conditions, meaning as reputable place cooling system of work should apply no matter what!
If reserved price no met the bidder should have rights to pull off sale too,not only their vendor.

Stolen Trailer Sold At Manheim

Bought an enclosed trailer for my new business and when I went to register it the police said it was stolen. Manheim didn't care that they had broken the law by being a registered car dealer and selling me a stolen trailer. They handballed the problem back to the Vic Police for giving them a stolen trailer to sell but as a licensed car dealer you have to sort the problem out for your customer not wipe your hands of the situation. It took me over 6 months to get the trailer registered by that time my new business had folded.
DO NOT TRUST THE SCUM MANAGEMENT THAT RUN THIS COMPANY.
Good to see them having trouble with the website atm where they have been experiencing what it is like to lose money

Fake claim of panel resprayed.

A forensic inspection found a single 15mm scratch on the whole car. Despite BVRLA allowing four per panel insisted on charging. Then made allegation that the car had been in accident and rear passenger side door had been resprayed and badly leaving tiny dirt particles under paint. Not visible to the eye. The car had never been in accident or resprayed from new collection. Simply a scam to claw in funds. Complaint lodged. BEWARE. DB

manheim auction is the place to get bankrupt and deceived!

Mannheim
My experience with Mannheim has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my 10+ years in the auto industry. They are deceiving and dishonest. This is a company who does not stand behind their word. I purchased a vehicle recently and discovered all kinds of issues with the car that were not disclosed. After my own research, this vehicle had been purchased and returned with the same issues sold to me. I also purchased another vehicle, received gate pickup invoice to later be told the car was no longer available. I’ve given this company not one but multiple opportunities to make things right but instead I realize more and more how deceitful and unworthy they are of anyone’s business. Do not trust or make business with them as you will find yourself in a bid like I am right now. I am sharing my experience with Mannheim to avoid anyone else from going through such a negative experience. Do business right or don’t do business at all!

Untrustworthy and poor quality

I bought a vehicle off the floor, only had 48,000km. Transmission Fluid was empty, windscreen wiper bent, no log book, corroded brake discs, brake pads needed to be replaced. Untrustworthy and no quality management.
