Ordered from this company through Faire on the 2nd of April. Messaged a week later as order still hadn’t shipped, was firstly ignored on Faire and Facebook, (reading my messages but not replying) eventually got Nathan on the website live chat who assured me stock was all ok but they had a problem with a broken label printer, I know that this wouldn’t stop other business owners from getting orders out to customers but okay, waited another few days, messaged again. Was then advised my order would be with me Wed 12th of April as they had taken delivery of a new printer. Messaged late afternoon yesterday the 11th April as still no shipping notification. Ignored on all platforms that I messaged on until I left a comment on one of their Facebook posts that was promptly deleted and then they replied on Faire advising I shouldn’t be posting all over social media, one comment asking for an update on a order from over a week ago is not all over social media but again okay. Nathan once again tells me he’ll look into it and get back to me. Cut to today, the day Nathan assured me last week that I’d be taking delivery of my order, get a message advising they don’t have stock, are you actually kidding me. This place is a shambles, excuse after excuse about my order. Finally told him to cancel it as he’d advised I’d need to wait until they got a delivery, another likely story and I’ve been messed about too much by this company already. Honestly if you want to be ignored and not receive your order then gladly shop here but I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone. Never had to chase an order so much in my life, absolute joke of a company.
My first few times using 'MTC'! and they've been great. Excellent prices and their dispatch is extremely fast. I would recommend them to anyone. Very happy with my purchases too. Thank you!
