Be aware, this looks like a good platform but it is not. There is no way you can ask Manomano to step in when you have a problem with a seller. If you search the help pages it opens a browser, which says "Click here" but that takes you back to the app where it's not possible to contact them. If it is possible then it's really well hidden.
My specific problem. I've asked a seller to cancel an order because I repeated it with another item added on. The seller has even replied to me but still not cancelled the item. I risk having two identical vacuum cleaners arriving next week.
An update to this. I ordered the item on 20 November. I asked them on 23 November to cancel it. The seller responded to my request but did not cancel the order. I asked again on 24 November that they cancel the order. Today 25 November I get a notification from the Manomano app to say that the item has been sent.
Maybe someone from Manomano can help cancel the second one but there's no way of contacting them via the app.
Update. It turns out that if you send a cancellation request via Manomano then the vendor doesn't know why you have contacted them. The platform just sends them an email. I am going to have to reject delivery of an item simply because the vendor didn't understand I wanted to cancel.
Also the integration of transport companies only seems to work for Correos Express.
I have items showing as out for delivery with GLS but checking their tracking details they are still in Germany. I have something out for delivery for the last 3 days with DPD but I don't know where that is because it doesn't even have a tracking number.
I also have something from ManoMano showing in my SEUR account but that doesn't correspond with any of my orders.
Have waited 5 days for a delivery and it still hasn’t arrived. Only able to do online chat and always have to be the one to make contact. No information volunteered. Appalling service
You will have to pay to return goods in any circumstance even if product doesn't comply with UK regs, is damaged or any other reason. As long as you have recieved the correct item no else matters to them... avoid like the plague. Any reply they add will be bs, I contact them via telephone and the have all information. No formal complaint plaint procedure and no supervisor to talk to. Have had to seek legal advice and am claiming under the trading standards act. Stay away....

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered an item, it arrived but it was too small so I arranged for them to collect it using parcel force. It was collected at 8am on November 6th and delivered to them at 1pm the same day. I have heard nothing from them with regards a refund and they do not answer emails or chat messages. You have been warned

First class service and product. I ordered 4 barstools and had a delivery date of the 18th /19th and I actually received my stools 4 days earlier. The stools were top quality and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely shop there again .

I put 2 orders with this company, one got cancelled with no reason and second one got cancelled because of an issue with their upload which its not my fault because i ordered an item they uploaded anyway. Won’t be buying again from them. Just put this review out for people just so they know what to do and go elsewhere if they want to buy something

Always impossible to order, always an errr at the website. Very unsatisfied with this shop.
Ordered product last night and awaken this morning to an email telling me they cannot fulfil my order due to geographical location..i live in Northern Ireland not the moon..other companies deliver here so I'll have to shop elsewhere. Disappointed as i liked both products

I recieved an email this morning that the order could not be delivered due to geographical difficulty and a refund would be issued..we'll see how long this takes

Hi guys, before you order this website make sure take picture term condition because after if you change your mind and they send you different tone condition which is a cost you excuse return £60 cost customer return policy. Also the return reply you back after 3 to 4 days because people are fed up change your mind absolutely very bad. Customer service look like fake and third-party. This website is 0% recommend. I lost my £155 Thank you
Terrible company. Twice we ordered products. Twice they said they tried to deliver andcdidnt leaving our products over an hours drive each way away. Will never use again. Thevdelivery drivers are liars.

Not good enough. Our first order we had to pay someone to collect as it was a big water heater. Again delivery driver said tried to drliver. NOT TRUE. My company “Mr Do it All” received an enquiry from a retired couple who required a walk in shower cubicle to replace their ancient bath tub plus give the entire bathroom a refreshing makeover from top to bottom on a tight budget.
Mano Mano came up on my Google search and suggested one of the largest online shower and bathroom outlets which turned out to be my first choice of suppliers.
I spoke to 2 separate company representatives, who were both knowledgeable and patient when guiding me through the options available.
I selected the “Elegant” which was a side entry double doored elevated shower cubicle.
A card payment was made and the delivery addressed directly to my clients was given.
The shower glass and doors came one day and the following day the shower tray, waste and riser kit.
The whole transaction was smooth, the delivery on time, the product was top quality and my customers totally blown away with the final refurbishment.
All credit goes to Mano Mano for a 5 star service……..!
