AVOID THIS WEBSITE. I bought a water heater that came to Spain from France. It took almost two weeks to arrive, then once I opened the box, it was damaged! I immediately contacted the merchant, as the ManoMano message service wasn’t working…
The merchant, SUN-CHAFFAGE, suggested that they would try to source a replacement part for ME to fix the heater…
We were already TWO WEEKS without hot water, so I told them that I wanted a refund. I was told, that as I had ‘changed my mind’ about the purchase, I HAD TO PAY FOR THE RETURN. The heater was DAMAGED. I did not change my mind.
I contacted ManoMano customer services, Diana Alvez, who allowed the situation to drag on for a further 8 days… Today I was informed that my case had been taken over by Vera. Vera told me that it was my issue, the merchant had offered to try to source a part for ME TO FIX THE HEATER… As such, they had made a satisfactory resolution!!!
So, I have a huge water heater, that is faulty and cannot be fitted - and ManoMano are happy that this is now resolved. I have issued a dispute with my credit card company, I will get my refund by way of chargeback. The heater is awaiting collection. I will NEVER use ManoMano again

Manomano acting as a middleman, seller ship goods directly to buyer. Shipment was delayed and it's separate delivery due to different sellers. If unfortunately you need to return it, CUSTOMER needs to find a courier to ship it and pay for it. I wouldn't recommend to use it.

Absolute scam!
Ordered Items on November the 23rd. (M221152257690)
After I hadn't received the order in Late December, I contacted the seller.
Seller informed me that they didn't have the items I requested and offered me an alternative in late December. I Refused and requested a refund. They decided to send me the incorrect items anyway, which I returned at expense to me. All throughout this, I have been been talking to customer care online and email with a representative called Dave, who have now stopped replying to me. 13th of January 2023 and I have yet to receive a refund and I am down £68.90. This has now been reported to my card provider, theft.

The products come from all over the world and this is not being communicated. The delivery times get changed as they want and there is no customer consultant line or anything like it available.
My order would also be without sending costs as I ordered for a lot of money. Afterwards I see that there was € 42 delivery costs charged.
One package was coming from Firenze Italy to Valencia and it first said delivery in the next 2 days. This is impossible and it got stuck after 4 days somewhere in Spain. In the end I could cancel it by getting in contact with the Italien seller.

Do not buy from this company terrible customer service I bought a mobile gas heater and paid over £100 for this and it broke down after 3 weeks when I emailed them they were telling me to try this,that .and the other and being a gas fire and a lady on her own I was unable to do this as I was afraid it might explode they were not helpful at all I have now told them that I will be contacting trading standards as I know my rights this appliance should have been exchanged without hesitation due to the fact that it is a gas fire and a safety issue once again do not buy from these people I never will

Bought a light that was described as dimmable but does not function with a dimmer switch. Item not as described. Currently having issues getting a refund despite the item not being as described or fit for purpose. Poor customer service.

I was told I would be issued a refund within 24 hours from manomano on Wednesday 14th December. After calling and emailing multiple times to say I had not received the refund I was emailed today saying it would be another 7 days absolutely disgraceful customer service, my company uses manomano as well. I will report them to PayPal as this is how I paid for the item and go to my bank to make another claim if I do not have the refund by Wednesday 21st December.

M221152185265 I ordered 2 non return valves on 22/11/ 2022, delivery for between 28/11/2022 and 30/11/2022. I am still waiting and to get an email address or any other form of contact is impossible, the page takes you in a circle and returns to the original place! I have had good service on larger more expensive items but not this time.

I recently boughty a shower enclosure. Before ordering it it stated delivery expected between 21st and 23rd November. Which was fine as I knew someone would be available at the delivery address. But after I placed the order it changed to 22nd to 24th.. 24th came and still nothing. I contacted ManoMano to chase this up as there was no update on the very basic tracking. They emailed me to say it will be delivered today (Friday). So I made sure someone would be in. I replied to the email asking if I would be contacted with a delivery time slot absolutely no response. So they waited and waited all day no word about delivery. Tracking system is useless. Then at 22.24 last night I get a phone call from a mobile. It's the delivery driver I'll be there in 4 mins half 10 at night in a Friday it was delivered. What has made this worse is they just dumped it at the door and left. Now the problem was it was being delivered to my parents address and it was only my mum that was in at the time and they didn't even help to put the item in the garage they just dumped it and left. So she had to move them herself into the garage. She's 60.
In view of the numerous poor reviews I will not be ordering the ceramic heaters that I was initially interested in buying, sorry but so many people cannot be all wrong!

Had a problem with lights that i purchased, the were wired up by the Electrican then deemed unsafe after they blew all out electrics and burnt all our wiring. Spoke to some 1 in customer service and was told they will get back to me and guess what……..never heard anything since what a waste of £60

We bought a shower enclosure from ManoMano. It's totally unfit for purpose. I've tried several times and more than one plumber has tried to seal the piece of junk. ManoMano weren't interested even when pursued via PayPal. I'm now ripping out a totally unused shower enclosure as it leaks like a sieve. Worst online company we've ever dealt with. Would 100% never use or recommend them ever again.

Received a piece of useless tat. Asked for a refund. Was interrogated by email about the reasons for a refund request? Demanding photographs and just generally rude.
I thought we had consumer rights? Unfit goods and mid sold goods and cooling off periods and all that stuff?
Was then sent a link to a shop full of more tat (a virtual pound shop/jumble sale) and told to take photos of products I wanted up to the value of the refund requested. These would then be posted out to me ……. Instead of a refund?
