Fabulous bed gorgeous quality and made and delivered next day couldn’t ask for more great Company

I bought a bed from Manorcroft beds and the wrong size was delivered. I contacted them and response was dire.
Dragged out over hours,
It took for me to say that I would reverse the payment if i did not hear from them. That got me some attention and they said the next delivery would be 9 days later (on 29th Aug)
No further communication from them, no bed delivered and Im just being ignored.
The very professional Whatsapp number is now just going to voicemail.
So I have had to contact the bank and start a chargeback process. I have sent the bank our entire chat history.
This is for a person I support and they knew this.
It is not acceptable for them to treat any customer this way but when they know it is for a very vulnerable disabled adult who cannot speak for himself it just hits a bit harder.
He has a 4ft 6 mattress hanging off a small double bed because they sent the wrong bed.
They said he could use the small double for the 9 days until new bed arrived. I am disgusted by it.
I doubt they are professional enough to even read their reviews but if they do its order number 31781. I will be more than happy to stop the chargeback for the correct bed.
If I dont hear then i will get his money back for the and then sell the wrong one.
This "business" is no different from all the businesses on facebook marketplace.
They just make themselves look more professional. They dont even send a confirmation email.

This bed is such good value for money. It's very simple to assemble. Nice and sturdy.
Delivery was straight-forward.
Communication through WhatsApp was replied to quickly.

Excellent service fully recommended. Beautiful bed. Slight miscommunication was sorted out immediately. Great customer service.

So the delivery was quick however. When bed was delivered it was delivered damaged it genuinely looked like there was cigarette burns in the headboard. I have emailed them and heard back from the company and we have managed to come to a resolution we were both happy with thank you the person I spoke with on WhatsApp

Excellent price for the style of bed compared to other retailers. Quick, friendly delivery. Good customer service, they even called me up gone 10pm one night to confirm delivery of the bed the following day and they also called up after delivery to see how it all was, however I had not built the bed at this point, as I was decorating my daughters bedroom. However, really disappointed with the manufacturing quality. The middle support bean bracket on the head board was at a completely different height to the foot board so I had to remove it a reposition it so that the slats lay evenly across the bed frame. Not what I expected and i should not have to have done this.

From purchasing this bed, I got updated the day before with a time slot and then the day of the delivery the courier rang me to let me know he is 30 mins away. When the bed got here it was easy to put together and there were no faults. It was exactly as described. I would definitely buy again if needed and would recommend.

I am very pleased with my bed frames. Fits in really nicely. Colour is steel plush and is exactly as it appears on the website and is really high quality. Strongly recommend.

Don't recommend. The bed we've got recently was poorly made and packed, with a flimsy headboard and staples sticking out which cut my feet. Cream naple fabric looked cheap. The company contacted me to remove a previous review. Would like to send that "high quality" bed back and get a full refund which is impossible to do.
