Wish this product didn’t have the brand name all over the box. This was a gift for Father’s Day and I wasn’t home to collect. There goes our surprise present.
Maybe a little consideration when posting items, and a females name is on the order. It’s clearly not for me 🤷♀️
Not sure if you're familiar with postage theft. Also having a brand listed on the side of the box encourages items being stolen when they're delivered - as a lot of posties will try and leave in a 'safe place'...

We encourage our customers to utilize the comments section when placing an order so that we can cater to individual needs, but as no instruction was left advising us that the order was to be a gift we treated the sale as normal.

Hi Manpreet, We are sorry you never received your parcel ..... however, as discussed with you privately, your parcel had a tracking number and was delivered. It was put behind the pot plant next to your front door by Aus post. We did supply the photo evidence. Also according to Aus post, they are allowed to leave parcels and don't need your express permission unless a signature is required. Again we are sorry you never got your parcel but we cannot be held responsible for a 'parcel thief' (only plausible explanation) in your area.

Received products very quickly. The only reason I gave a four star rating was because the product received was incorrect otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating. Once I contacted them they sent the correct products and everything was great. Husband loves his new shaving soap with the wooden container.
