I was not very impressed that you took the tax out of the gift vouchers instead of adding it on at the end I would have been willing to pay $55 to get my $50 gift voucher instead I had to put some cash in with the voucher to make it up to the $50.your company lost money on that sale, and I don’t think I will be using your company again.

Hi Rita,
We understand your frustration, as mentioned in our email correspondence with you on the 15th of December, the issue arised from a recent update to our security and we were unaware that the Gift Vouchers were affected by the update.
Also, as mentioned in the email, the GST that was incorrectly removed from the voucher was returned when we corrected the error and the voucher can be reprinted with the correct amount shown.
We are sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused, please note that this was just a simple computer error which was corrected on the same day that you let us know.
