Quality product !

Ordering was easy , delivery swift and kept up to date with progress! This was a gift for my son who had done his research and it does not disappoint he says it’s amazing, easy and comfortable to use . The addition of some care products was a lovely surprise! Top quality item !

Love Manscaped, Tried Several Years Ago and Don't Regret It

I tried Manscaped several years ago with the Lawn Mower (I think it was the first edition). Fell in love with the Lawn Mower but needed some lotion for after the shave. So I tried the Crop Soother and Crop Preserver (GAME CHANGER). These products were amazing, especially after I had tried others and they did not work. Recently, I added to the skin care - down there- and I use the Crop Exfoliator and the Crop Cleanser. I actually use these sort of together, exfoliate and then cleanse. To keep it all nice and tight, I finish off each day with the Crop Reviver. I would highly recommend Manscaped for all of your skin care products and trimmers for (you know) below the belt.

Customer Service Even Better Than The Fantastic Product

I've had my Lawnmower for 4+ years. For whatever reason the clippers just stopped holding a charge - although the lighs on it indicated it was charging.

I contacted customer service and explained the issue and they replaced the handset. No issues at all. The replacement trimmer is back doing what it needs to do; keeping my boy bits all smooth and fresh.

Their customer service was as amazing as my undercarriage now is. THANK YOU!!!!

Best head shaving unit I've used

Best head shaving unit I've used. I have a birthmark on the top of my head that I am always worried I will cut by accident since it is raised a little. Not with this unit! And knowing I can buy just the replacement head for the unit now makes me feel at ease.

Terrible delivery/customer service experience

I am extremely disappointed with Manscaped’s lack of accountability regarding my recent order. The package was left in an unsecure communal area of my building rather than being delivered to my door, resulting in it being stolen.

Despite reporting this immediately and following all their internal procedures, I have been met with nothing but automated responses and stalling tactics. I have been told to wait for an internal "investigation" with their courier, but as a consumer, their logistics issues are not my concern. Under UK law, the retailer is responsible until the goods are in the customer's hands.

I have a hard deadline as I am traveling abroad this week, and the lack of urgency or a simple replacement/refund is a poor reflection of their "award-winning" support. If you value your money and expect a reliable delivery service, look elsewhere.

Amazing products!

We ordered 2 products from Manscaped the lawn mower 5.0 and the beard shaver. Both have been working very well, but when the lawn mower died suddenly after 6 months or so they were prompt on their warranty and replaced it no problem. Would highly recommend, great product, and customer service!

Greatness For Guys

Every product I buy in the Manscaped website works just fine. Made things a lot easier to shave 'down there' without having too many cuts. Been a valuable customer since the company first started with the 3.0 versions of their products. I truly appreciate that they still support the Testicular Cancer Awareness after all these years for men. As a man myself, I truly respect the effort. Us guys need more love out there. 😎

Excellent service

Bought the new lawnmower 5.0 and within 24 hours one of the attachments had broke (piece of the plastic snapped off). Contacted support and they were very fast at response and were happy to replace the broken piece. Excellent service and great product

Customer service was polite and…

Customer service was polite and accommodating. I received a new charger free of charge. The charger did not fix my non working razor but it was worth a try. I purchased a new manscape trimmer.

Customer service goes above and beyond…

Customer service goes above and beyond to make things right. I had a probleem with my Dome Shaver. I did everything in troubleshooting. After a couple of responses and double checking things. Customer service just sent me another shaver since I'd been down for a few weeks.

You all lost my order

You all lost my order. Didn’t notify me, I realized my order didn’t come in several weeks later. I still had to pay 10$ for shipping for awful service. And nothing was done about it.
