Very good website and customer support…
Very good website and customer support but I can’t help but feel I am being over charged. When I opted to change plan because too expensive they offered another product at lower price. I then found same from another online UK pharmacy at a third of the price. When I opted to cancel Manual they offered a further 50% discount (still more expensive) so obviously their mark up is huge. The website and advice is useful but I can’t say justifies the cost.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, I order Finasterdies and and used the whole bottle, I’ve started to see results and went to reorder a larger 6 month supple and they’ve sent me the wrong item. They’re now refusing to refund the £110 for the wrong item saying they can’t exchange or refund the item as it’s a prescription. Horrible customer service. I’m now out of pocket of the whole £110 with no way of getting it back.

Overall good, but some points of issue.
Experience has been OK so far, doctor very knowledgeable and helpful the one time we've spoken. Process was very slow to begin with, took ages for approval. I was under the impression the £130 a month covers everything however upon reordering I have to pay for swabs, sharps bin and needles separately which I'm annoyed about for such a price. Blood test centres are over an hour away, have to pay extra for at home service which for the first appointment was conveniently free (to get my business I suppose?). With the extras I can't justify the extra expenses so will be looking to sign up somewhere cheaper in due course.
**Update** - after Manual got in touch I can confirm the swabs, needles and wipes are included. The website is unfortunately confusing and gives the impression you have to pay. I'm told there is a blood test centre local to me which on both occasions I've tried I couldn't see but will see again in 6 months.

Want a refund
First lot is fairly priced, which doesn’t do anything by the way. Waste of money! Yet the money back guarantee is a lie. Once you spend another 170-200 quid you then supposedly see results 😅 but of a joke if you ask me… would not by again and would love my money back to be honest

I'd been putting off doing anything about my hair loss for longer than I care to admit. Manual made the whole process painless — a quick online consultation, clear guidance on treatment options, and no hard sell. Delivery was impressively fast; I had everything within a couple of days of placing my order.
