If you want a real review from a real person that’s frustrated with not trusting reviews, keep reading. This company is fantastic to work with. I ordered multiple items and one came broken. I like so many expected a struggled to get this resolved. Wow was that not a thing with Manucurist. I received a response the same day to make sure they had the color right from my pics as to what needed to be replaced. The NEXT day I not only had shipping information but they threw in an additional product. Ladies, THESE are the companies we need to support. Well done Manucurist!!!

The active range has the most beautiful shades I've ever seen! I hadn't worn nail polish in roughly 20 years when I bought some of the shades (grape, blueberry, plump, and shine, along with the nail polish remover and drying drops). Part of my decision to purchase was also based on a third party testing site (mamavation) that confirmed that these polishes don't contain the toxic chemicals normally found in this kind of product. I'm thrilled with how my nails look with the polish on (and the many possible combinations I can try)--the effect is subtle, but noticeable, with very high shine. The quality is excellent--an application really does last for 7 days; chipping and scratching is minimal, even though my hands are often occupied with household chores. And my nails look healthier when I remove the polish after 7 (or more) days. The drying drops are very effective, and the polish remover isn't aggressive (pleasant smell too). Shipping was super fast. I'm very pleased with my purchase, and I'll definitely repurchase and recommend to others!

Their nail solutions for problem nails are working for me and they answered a question I had very quickly.

I already tried the Active line products and I love them. I like natural looking nails and the Active products are perfect and my nails are really more stronger. I bought the Flash line kit hoping for a longer duration, although I'm not used to semipermanent type products. Instructions looks clear enough and there are short videos which should help. I had also a small delivery issue with the postal courier and I have received very quick response from the customer service team!

I returned an un- opened polish back to this company for a refund. They emailed me and said the polish had been opened and used which it had not. I returned it because the colour was very different from their web site. I sent numerous replies but have been ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not give refunds and are very rude in the way they treat their customers.

The products are OK, average, the easiness of removal is nice but the lacquer chips easily.
Pay attention in the checkout, even if shipping is free and it states that all taxes are included, customs are never mentioned and even when ordering from europe you will have to pay them.
