I placed my order in the end of April/the beginning of May and still haven’t received it so I cannot give a review.

All in One Active Smooth ridge filler. 2 coats and made no difference to my ridged nails. Disappointed

I am using the Ridged Nails protocol and I love it. The Active Smooth has such a pretty finish, and dries pretty quickly. The SOS Masque takes a few minutes to dry so I apply it as the final step in my bedtime routine, then I read for a while until my nails are dry enough for lights out. SOS has a slight rosy fragrance to it.
I had trouble finding the digital nail care guide, so I emailed Customer support and Lucie from the TeaM sent me step-by-step instructions within 24 hours.
I happily recommend Manucurist.

I received a broken nail cuticle oil bottle with all the oil leaked out. Within an hour of writing to them they responded, sent another oil and a present on top of that. Great customer service.

Although the package was lost on the way, Manucurist sent me a new one and even included a gift. Thank you for such excellent customer service and fast communication.

I heard about Manucurist from a friend who was also in a "gel nails"trap for a couple of years. I have naturally think nails,and it started experience strong pain once I had them under LED light. Once I started using SOS Masque and oil it really helped me with my now brittle nails. I love the Active range, bright, shine and blur especially. Also, I've got Hortencia from Green. I like packaging, how easy they apply and esthetic. I will stick with you guys. You saved my time, money and probably health as I doubt that LED is good for a ling term use.

Had a small issue with shipping. Customer service went above and beyond to assist. I cannot wait to get my products!

**I have been able to try out my products and I am blown away. Nail polish has never worked on my nails. And gel polish has historically ruined them. I was searching for a clear pink to enhance my natural nails and I found these products during my search. 10 out of 10! I painted my nails days ago and they have not chipped at all. They have never looked this healthy! I now feel like I have an elevated natural look. I can only imagine how good their other polish is.

I love the products. Shipping was fast. In my second order a bottle broke in transit. They got back to my email within minutes and sent out a replacement. Customer service was speedy, polite and professional!

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with my order and they were quick to respond along with resolving the issue. I highly recommend this company and if I decide to start doing my own nails, I will definitely purchase from them.

My order is missing and I have attempted to contact manurcurist through their instagram, WhatsApp, their website chatbot and submitting a contact support form. Customer service hasn’t responded to any of my requests regarding my missing order. Their shipper UniUni is also unresponsive and based on tracking my order is lost. I have also attempted to contact their shipper multiple ways as well but I’m left on hold and they haven’t responded to any of my support tickets. I would love a response otherwise I’ll report them to Amex as fraud because this is ridiculous - no communication or accountability

Update May 21st - the company reached and responded to all my attempts to reach them and are shipping another order. Once contacted, they’ve maintain check-ins and updates. The new order should be received by the 28th (I hope). Hopefully their shipper UniUni actually attempts the delivery this time. Will update once I receive the product. But have update my review score from 1 to 3 stars.

Also, excellent customer service! An item broke in transit and I got an immediate response with a replacement sent out, plus a complimentary cuticle oil for any inconvenience.

Manucurist has superior customer service and the most beautiful nail polish colors! In addition the polish does what it says! Following a week and a half of wearing “Blossom” my nails appear stronger and healthier looking! Amazing! Thank you for the red Manucurist cosmetics bag and I love the cuticle oil. Very thoughtful!

I bought and used the blur and the raspberry active glow. I cannot believe it! It’s still on 6 days later! For people who like neat natural looking nails, this is perfect. I usually chip nail varnish after 1 day! I can highly recommend!

I used manicurist nail save the keratin booster the SOS and the oil and the once a week mask and now my nails are beautiful it's amazing. I've never had any product work so well in my life. And the customer service that I've received is amazing. I will never buy another kind of nail polish again in my life.
