​"This company only cares about money and has zero regard for tenant safety. The workers they sent stole my personal property (cleaning tools and a chair), and management refused to help. Even worse, they house individuals with severe drug addiction and mental health issues in the same property, creating a dangerous and unstable living environment. The house is filthy, walls are disgusting, and they ignore maintenance requests. Untrustworthy workers and negligent management. Save yourself the trouble and stay away!"

Maple Investment Group has been an outstanding partner in our property investment journey. As first-time investors, we were initially unsure about which path to take, but their team made the entire process clear and approachable from the very beginning.

What really stood out to us was their tailored approach everything was aligned with our personal goals rather than a one-size-fits-all strategy. Their expertise in brokerage and data-driven property selection gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process.

A special mention to Ali Nazari, Head of Strategy, who has done an amazing job guiding both myself and my partner. He always took the time to answer any questions we had, no matter how big or small, and made complex investment concepts easy to understand. His support made us feel comfortable and confident in every decision we made.

Overall, Maple Investment Group demonstrates strong values in professionalism, integrity, and genuine client care. We would highly recommend them to anyone especially first-time investors looking to build their wealth through strategic property investment.

They basically only push their ~$399 package.

I dealt with a rep named Luke — he was quite pushy and couldn’t really provide clear or detailed answers to my questions. Instead, he just kept asking why we weren’t signing up with them.

I would like to thank Ben Mclean for the last few weeks. Ben has been very helpful and informative. Starting out very green in the property space I have only done one education session with him and already feel I have got my moneys worth.

Honestly they have been amazing. I was screwed over by the builder (big shark) and I wasnt sure whether to stand my ground. But after speaking to them they encouraged me but also had a meeting with the builders to make sure they rectified their mistakes. The moment after, they did everything and it was all finalised.

It made me realise that I wasnt just another number to them. That i was actually someone that they valued. Although I wouldnt go with that specific builder, I would go with maple and the team any day of the week. I hope to do business with them in the future

Knowledgable people with great information. Unfortunately do not care about their clients, they'll tell you that you are 'family', however only respond when it benefits them. Only interested in making their $399 and then will try convince you to do a 'House + Land' package to make that extra buck from their builders, even if you would rather go a different way. Had to give reasoning on why I couldn't book back in with them sooner (more than a week), and when last minute commitments come up, they won't respond with trying to reschedule. We told the company we decided we will keep saving and then be back in contact - never responded. Disappointed with this company.

I had my appointment with Marcus Hall today. Marcus took the time to not only explain what they do as a company but also took the time to listen to my story, what I am wanting to achieve and my values. Would highly recommend for someone wanting to invest.

All I can say is wow! I had my first consultation with Robert yesterday and not only was he friendly and professional, but I felt I got so much value out of just one session. His knowledge and expertise was fantastic and he helped me in areas I didn't realise I even needed help in.
