Customer service personnel was courteous and handle the complaints well .He asked an expert supervisor to give further details on the subject.

I am tried to buy a Nikon photo camera, I paid but transaction was declined. After I connected to support of this shop and they said me : we sell only for Quebec people.
No information about that on shop web site. Upset.
I give one star to post my experience .

I had a broken piece, sent a pic and it was replaced quickly thank you.

Purchased a Nikon Camera from Maple Leaf Photo. The price was good with a 1 year warrantee. They offered free shipping with this purchase. It took about 1 week to ship from the east to the west. I’m very happy with the camera and the service I received. Would recommend Maple Leaf Photo for anyone looking to purchase Photo/Video related gear.

Really happy with my experience. I ordered a DSLR kit and got an amazing deal. When I ordered it, Maple Leaf called me a few hours later to see if I wanted to upgrade the battery that comes with the kit to one with a longer life. They gave me a great deal on that too. Dispatch and shipping were great. A few weeks after I recieved my camera and kit, they also sent some more lenses in the mail- not sure if those were forgotten or a bonus, but I was happy. Highly recommend Maple Leaf Photo. :)

If you want to call yourselves Maple Leaf Photo and pretend you are Canadfian then favor is American and favour is Canadian. Therefore the title shold be "Can you do us a 2 minute favour?". Should you think I'm joking, then move to the US of A.
Your products and your advertising and pricing and service are second to none. Now be Canadian and drop the AMERICAN nonsense.

Do yourself a favour and never order from this company. This was probably the worst experience i’ve ever had online shopping. I ordered a camera bundle- they never sent me a confirmation email, so i called and they said not to worry about the email because it will be with me in 3 days. After 5 days i never got the camera or an email. so then i tried calling them- and got put on hold for a week straight, never got to talk to anybody. finally someone answered after me calling 3 times a day and sent me a confirmation email with tracking. It was delivered weeks after i was told it was going to be. I was in tears when i couldn’t get ahold of them thinking i got scammed. Horrible Horrible customer service. order from a legit place like amazon or something, i would never recommend maple leaf photo to anyone. ever.

My experience with Maple Leaf Photos was good. My lens came brand new in box within 2 weeks. I had read some bad reviews after I placed my order and got nervous that I got scammed but thankfully that wasn’t the case for me.

A few years ago I ordered a drone from MLP and there was a free promotion for a USB Key or something of that nature. No big deal really. I asked about it and when I received the drone etc it did not include the promotion item. I phoned and they said it would be shipped. Never happened. Like I said , no big deal but on principal I decided NOT to come back and not to phone back a second time.

Its been 3 weeks and I still don't even have tracking for my order. A couple of reps said they would call me back and never did. I likely won't order from here again. I only ordered a battery and charger. I definitely wouldn't trust them with a large purchase after this experience.
