Very good price fast delivery! Good customer service

Absolute nightmare... do yourself a favor and buy from a proper business. So here is my story. I ordered a $2800 ($3200 with tax) camera bundle online on August 29th. Sales calls me the next day and I make it clear that I am going on a trip on Sep 18th and I need this delivered before then. They assured me that the camera would be shipped asap and that I would receive it in 2-3 days way before the deadline... 12 days passes and I keep checking my email and mailbox and nothing is happening. I call them several times just to find out that the payment hadn't gone through and they forgot to send an email or call me that my item was canceled... no respect for customer at all. Anyway sales enters my other card information and this time they confirm that it went through. I was told that the item would be shipped on that day and a tracking number will be sent to me right away. As expected by this point I didn't receive a tracking number nor an email saying I put in an order or any indication of the new order... On Monday the week after I had to call again around 5 times, wait for minutes get bounced around to find out they hadn't shipped the item yet... after several tries and starting to get frustrated they promise to send the item and send me the tracking number. I receive an email that I will get it on Tuesday. I also got a tracking number that doesn't show anything because the item was shipped from the US... Tuesday comes and goes and as you guessed no camera anywhere to be seen. Calling again on Wednesday they tell me I will probably get it by Friday which is the last day before I leave... So the order that was put in on Aug 29th is still not delivered and I am not even sure I will get it on time... online orders are supposed to be easy and convenient but my experience with this company has been anything but smooth. It has caused me so much stress, frustration, time and energy and I still don't have my item and I am not even sure if this ordeal is over or not...

I am very happy with Maple Leaf Photo. I ordered a fUJIFILM lens on Aug 16, 2021 and told me they didn't have it in the building and it would be coming in soon. They offered to cancel my order if I was in a hurry. I said I would wait. The lens was delivered 11 days later in Wpg. The lens is great, plus it came with some extra filters and it was way less expensive. I get that they are a small company so they don't have shelves fill with stock. I am happy.

I was looking for a set of head phones with noise cancelling technology - Bose is one of the leading manufacturers using this technology so I went on line to check price and availability - Mapleleafphoto had them at a full $100 less than the Bose or BestBuy website and shipping was free??? I ordered them from Mapleleaf - they arrived in less than a week - exactly as advertised - great product - great price - great service Thanks Mapleleaf

I am more than happy with the 200mm lens that I received from Maple Leaf Photos. I am an avid photographer and I enjoy taking pictures and submitting them for contests. I've won a few contests and received monetary and mentions with my submissions. Therefore, its only natural that I look for better lenses and Maple Leaf Photo's did not let me down. I got my Canon L series 24-105mm lens from Maple Leaf. It was a great price and I appreciated the service. When I called they were helpful and made great suggestions and answered my questions re. warranty etc. I would use them again (and indeed, likely will as I am shopping for a 16-35mm and Maple Leaf has the best price so far for brand new).

I am so glad I searched the internet for a camera lens. That brought me to Maple Leaf, who in turn saved me a lot of money. The local big box was, believe it or not, almost two hundred dollars more. I triple checked that it was the exact same lens before ordering. I'm a happy guy! Got here quickly and I love it! Don't be fooled by all that big box advertising, these guys are great.

I ordered the camera during the pandemic. It was the cheapest price online + it is a local company.
I was scared to order it at first because I read few bad reviews but I gave it a shot.
My experience was great. Everything arrived and new in original boxes.
I can’t ask for more.
