I first tried Mara Dulce which i bought whilst visiting Scotland. I put a teaspoon each day in my smoothie to help with an underactive thyroid. I have recently bought the Cookbook for my friend. I also purchased the Furikake, Shony and Kombu from their online shop which i'm looking forward to experimenting with. Very quick delivery.

I bought a small pack of flakes to try and they arrived very quickly. I tried them in a vegetable stir fry, expecting to need some different flavouring too, but there was no need. Lovely savoury flavour and I will use them regularly.
