It's been a week and they still haven't answered me, that's very unprofessional. I've complained about pants that are badly tailored. They asked me for pictures, so I sent them. Since then, silence.

Don’t shop here!
Beware, their online shop is some sort of scam! If you want to return an item you will find that the ‘print return label’ links don’t work, their telephone line doesn’t work and it’s impossible to get through to the customer services via email either. Don’t shop with them if you don’t want to lose your money!

The Worst customer service EVER !!
The Worst customer service EVER !!, I purchased 5 t-shirts online after 2 days the order was cancelled, ( no apparent reason ) I received an email quoting "if you are stil interested please contact us 0080010221022" the NUMBER DOES NOT WORK !!
I made an addtional 2 more order and everytime the order is cancelled and I need to wait to be refunded
and YET!! the same TSHIRTS are available for sale, if you don't have STOCK why are you taking orders !!!???
contacted Marc O'Polo messenger team copy and paste responses, finally got some real answers and was asked to give my phone number so that they would have someone call me !!!
