Dont buy from them !
I wished to return my ordet and asked for return label. They just dont answer despite multiple emails.

I agree with all the negative reviews regarding this company as I have had exactly the same experience when firstly waiting forever for them to process my faulty return, once it was received by them constant excuses as to why they hadn’t refunded me, finally out of exasperation I told them that I was going to claim my money back via my bank, funnily enough they refunded me immediately as I believe they pay charges if a customer puts a bank charge back on them!
I would say to those people who think the negative reviews are fake it looks to me as though the 5 star ones are! AVOID them at all costs you don’t need the stress, there are so many fabulous clothing companies online with great customer service, just do your research, as I have now done.

Absolute shambles of a company AND service AND communication!
I placed an order 27th july for express delivery, I emailed 7th august asking where my order was, with zero response! I then emailed again 16th august, with the most ridiculous response and no apology!!! Still no answer, and no response!

The worst company I have ever dealt with!

Unfortunately I am now waiting for nearly two months for my refund. I returned a faulty item. I’ve written them numerous times and no answer.

I brought items for my wife she loves the quality and she is very happy.

I don’t know if people who left negative reviews for this shop are genuine or come here let off steam! But i was adamant to order because of them which is unfair? However my order came quickly, and the quality is amazing. I had to return 1 of the 3 items, they sent me a pre paid international label, and it was a very smooth and fast process, and got my money back after a few days. I’m very happy to shop again, the clothing makes me feel so chic like i never felt before.

This company is definitely best avoided - the clothes look nice in the pictures but are in fact very poor quality and badly made. The returns process is atrocious, you have to email them to request a return, then when they eventually get back to you, fill in forms etc, register your tracking v number online. They recommend tracked delivery which cost me £8.50 and here we are weeks later and still no sign of the money back on my card. Will be reporting them to trading standards. Chased my money last week and got a rather snotty reply. I think it’s all just a game to hold on to your money for as long as possible and hope you’ll forget. AVOID

Quality not good and customer service is absent. The snap flew off my jacket upon first try on and it’s been weeks since I emailed them about it with no response. Tried their Instagram too and nothing. No quality nor service or accountability.

UPDATE - after some harassment from me on Instagram and a second email, I hear back from them and they offer me either 10% or a post paid return. Since they don’t refund duties, I’m going for the 10%. They claim they did not receive my first email but I think it was the pushing from me which I don’t like and shouldn’t have to do. Also quality is still not the best but then it’s not the most expensive either.

Ordered two items, quality was really poor.
Returned both items and didn't get a reply or refund despite e-mailing them for over six weeks. Raised a section 75 claim with the credit card company and only then received a refund for one of the items. The other item was a coat in the final sale which cost £159. The company wouldn't refund that. Although it was final sale, I believe I was misled into buying it by the description. The coat was shoddy and cheap, it was definitely not anywhere near worth £159. Disappointing as there are many high street brands that I could have spent this money on and got something of reasonable quality. I returned as it was so awful, I couldn't even sell it on Vinted because it would have felt dishonest. Definitely avoid this company.

Avoid! Returned items almost two months ago and still no refund. Returns are self paid and I have proof of delivery. Absolutely shocking! Reporting to trading standards and will seek a refund from my credit card company. Outrageous!

Sent the wrong item (I ordered a M, they sent a S) and then said that they would give me an additional discount if I just kept the item (!). I actually couldn't believe it.

I immediately returned the coat and now I've been waiting three weeks for my full refund. Complete rip-off. Judging by this experience and the other reviews on here, the company is clearly being run by an incompetent team (or a team of crooks--I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt by calling them the former).

I hardly write reviews but here I felt I have to…I start to think every product I try after got a recommendation from an influencer seems to be crap! The order from Marcela London is no other.
I loved the pics of the clothing and was impressed by their influencer marketing! So I bought two quite high priced items for 450 €. A wool pants and a wool cashmere sweater.
Delivery was quick and I was in high hopes but also a bit in doubt. Found no other reviews upfront… next time I will have to look here for sure!

What ca I say… Very disappointing quality! The sweater quality is horrible and it comes from Corea. The product care label says it is basically not cleanable not even dry. ?!? And it smells horrible like a dusty factory. Super scratchy material as well with 20% acrylic.

The pants has a nice and little special cut but is not as long as shown on pics, material is poor as well and seams are of poor quality as well. After trying it on for 10 minutes I got a rash on my thighs. Which I usually never get!
COS and Arket deliver so much better quality for this price.

They try to make the impression of a start up that curates their products carefully but I think the disappointment is kind of priced in and they handle it kind of detached and not interested in any feedback. I got a reply from customer service so 2 stars, haha.

Will return it on own expenses for another 40,-€ and am really hoping to be refunded at least.

Don’t buy at this shop you will regret it!

4 weeks later still no refund btw, I remove one star now.

I once bought from them and all the coats came squished in a small box and came straight from China.
I was going to get their 'Signature Trench'
And then I bought it on TAOBAO. - Chinese platform for half the price, and similar shipping time.

After reading the reviews on trust pilot I was concerned that this was a fake company. The company does exist and the goods I ordered off the website were shipped. The items were not as high quality as expected for the price. The labels in the clothing were “paperMoon” not “Marcela london”. PaperMoon appears to be a wholesale clothing manufacturer.

I returned all the items as they did not look as good as the website images and were too expensive for the quality. Customer services did process my returns, but replies to my emails were slow.

Don't buy at this shop. Very bad customer service. They provided wrong invoice to UPS and I was charged too high import fees (about 200€ too high). The shop wrote an email saying they usually do not provide invoices and they now have to figure out how to do that (???). That was the last email from them, now they do not react to my emails anymore. Most likely I will have to pay UPS now.
