My order took longer than expected but the quality was superb. Unfortunately the family member i gifted it to does not appreciate fine items and gave it back to me. So sorry for them. Great item though.

The jacket I ordered was very nice and made well, but the size ran a little small and I had to order another in a larger size. The return policy instructions were confusing - especially when it said that I could keep the jacket I ordered and receive another in a different size - but there was no way for me to do that on line, so I just bought another.

Never again. I've never worked with a company that it is impossible to speak with anyone. Their 800 phone line recording says: "we always return your call." - not! Ad states you'll receive your order in less than a week. 3 weeks later, still no jacket I left a message threatening to cancel with the credit card company, which I did. Another week later the jacket shows up. No way it fits me. The card company reversed and added the jacket charge of $74 back on, which is fair. But it's impossible to refund the jacket now. If you want to face a giant hassle and order from a company you can't contact by phone, this company is for you.

The zipper does not work! I want another jacket

Great looking Harry Stone jacket in navy. The button holes on the side pockets are a bit troublesome being vertical rather than horizontal, at least for clumsy me.

Google the address listed on their website. It's an empty lot in Queens, New York. That's all you need to know. They are a Chinese outfit with no USA presence or real customer service. I bought the Harrington jacket from them and it was junk.

Ordering and communication were great. The jacket quality is good, except for one thing; the knit cuffs are WAY too big.

I have requested several times instructions on how to return my jacket for a full return and have not gotten any information provided to me for the reurn.

I totally concur with the one star raters. I ordered an XL and the jacket even though it was labeled XL, I believe it was a small. I tried to return the jacket, but ran out of time. Besides, it would have cost me more in money and time to return the jacket. I will never buy anything from this company again.

Not for further publications but I've bought six of these jackets and had trouble with the zippers on 3 of the 6 - I've just had my tailor replace them. This last jacket's zipper is working fine so so far so good. Thanks

The jacket wasn't as I expected. I don't like the color and the fabric. Overall I don't like it. I would like to get refund please.

I ordered a men's tee shirt that was supposed to be x-large, when in fact it was a medium. I must have left a dozen phone calls before I finally connected with someone that gave me a site to arrange for a return. The site would not take my email or the order number. You also have to pay for the return postage and handling, not Marcus. After a dozen more phone calls, including messages about the site not working, and a couple of unanswered emails, I give up. The WORST customer service and products (wrong size, very cheaply made in China crap). Avoid buying from Marcus , horrible company, products are made in China and poorly made and sized, and they don't give a damn about their customers and avoid dealing with returns. If I could give a negative five star review, I would.

I was disappointed in the jacket I purchased for my grandson. From the website photos I thought the jacket was a heavier fabric more suitable for winter. It was not. Both the fabric and lining were lighter weight, more suited to Spring and Fall. I have since bought him another jacket which will be warmer this winter.

I ordered a jacket which was received within 7 days of ordering. Unfortunately when the jacket was received, it was too small, even after following the sizing guidelines they provide on their website. It’s a shame, really, because it was a nice jacket!
They have a very short return window so I emailed for their return instructions on the day the jacket was received and followed those instructions in detail. I returned it on the same day it was received and It cost ME $84 to return this item TO ITALY, even though it came from a location in the United States! I even had to send them a picture of the jacket and proof from the Post Office showing this item was being returned along with a tracking number! They do not provide a shipping label. That was 33 days ago! I have sent NUMEROUS emails requesting the status of my refund and the same guy responds with excuses and BS! This company could be giving stuff away free and I wouldn’t trust them!
Steer clear! BUYER BEWARE!
