They claim my order was shipped september eigth. It has yet to turn up at my end - three months OUGHT to suffice, Even in shipping to Norway. So I’ve obviously been ripped off, and I have no choice but to warn everybody against ordering from Marcus store. And that makes me a little sad, because that jacket looked real neat. Good bloody riddance.

The Marcus Store hires second-rate couriers to deliver their merchandise. When mistakes are made by these couriers, they take no responsibility, and tell their customers they must resolve the issue themselves, even when their is clear evidence to the contrary.

Worst possible experience I have ever had with a retailer. Nothing absolutely nothing good to say.

Great quality garment. First time purchasing from this company so I was a little skeptical, but the communication about delivery and everything else was very smooth. Love the jacket and have gotten compliments on it already!

The jackets are exactly what I was looking for. The sizes are correct and th E quality looks exceptional.
Only issue was it took longer than advertised to get here.

the jacket was of a much higher quality than I expected given the price. will purchase at least one more color.

Bought another coat like one I'd previously purchased cuz I liked it so much, but second, lighter coat I added was ridiculously too small. Said XL on the tag, but I could barely get it on. To zip it up would've required ripping out the back. I gave it to my daughter.

Shopping was easy. Customizing my jacket was straightforward. The product is stunning with its vibrabpnt shell colors and tartan lining. I have puechssed a black one, a white one, and am considering a red one.

I'm happy with the 4 jackets I have bought from Marcus.

Jacket seems to be well made. Wait time was a little too long.

BEWARE...I ordered a jacket on-line from Marcus...the price seemed to good to be true...it was! It was of inferior quality...a cheap zipper, flimsy fabric. I went on-line to return it...first I had to fill-out a return form and upload a picture of the item being retuned. Then I received a return authorization that gave me instructions for the return...to ITALY! The instructions stated that I needed to send the item by a method that included a tracking number. I went to the USPS to ship it back and the cost of a tracked package to Italy was $68...the item only cost $74!!! This company is a scam...they sell garbage merchandise and then make you jump through hoops to return it to a foreign country (the return address on the package that it arrived in is in the USA). Stay away!

Communication with the company was great. The only problem I had was that while the individual stock package was labeled Large as I ordered, actual jacket inside was XL. I can live with it as it is, the jacket is beautifully made. I really like it and am glad to have it.
The overseas exchange is too cumbersome to bother with and with the season changing, I don’t want to be without it.
It’s a lovely item, I’m pleased with your service and I’d just like you to be aware that there might be a discrepancy issue with the packaging of your products.

While I love the jackets, I wasn't too happy with the international fee that I didn't see until after I placed my order. If I had know that this late fee would be applied I probably won't have order from your company. As I thought this was a US based company. Maybe I should have done a little better search before I order again. But, I must say the jackets are everything I want in a semi light weight jacket.

The quality of the product was great and as advertised. I was a bit disappointed in the amount of time it took to receive the product. About 30 days. The communication was good after I questioned the timing. An explanation was given and the item was finally shipped. I did appreciate the conversation but it was a bit slow. All in all I would recommend them
