I ordered a pair of Wing Earrings costing me close to $200. I was expecting a beautiful item, nicely packed and presentable especially considering the cost-vs-materials (these are plain silver earrings). What I got was a crushed box. Inside it, a plain green cardboard jewelry box that was dirty, scratched and and item that looked used. I complained to their service department and the response I got was: I am sorry, but my boss would not allow me to spend $27 to ship you a replacement box. Next time you purchase, we'll send you two boxes!'. Shameful. Do not purchase from these people.

Hands down the best customer expirience I've ever had! One of the earrings I ordered broke, so I emailed them and only two or three days later I got a new one!

I have purchased from Maria Black a number of times and the last purchase I made was for the Gordon ring. Love it! I always love everything I get. I needed to assistance with my ring in the first couple of days of buying it and I have never had better or more prompt customer service! I emailed with Sif who took care of everything I needed with kindness and within a couple hours. This experience makes me love the brand even more. Thanks Sif and Maria Black for being awesome! Xx

Emailed the customer service to enquire about whether a necklace was adjustable or not. Sif got back to me very quickly explaining that it wasn't but recommended some other options. I explained that it was a last minute birthday gift and when I placed the order he made sure it reached me in time. He also took the time to gift wrap the items.

Overall an excellent, speedy and friendly customer service.
Hopefully the products are of the same quality.

I love this company. As well as having gorgeous products they have really fast international shipping. I have found their customer service (notably Sif) incredibly helpful and responsive, and all my interactions have had a personal touch to them so you don’t just feel like another number. They have gone above and beyond to help me with an exchange, which was really appreciated. I can’t fault them at all.

They say that they offer full refund or exchange within 2 weeks. I wanted to exchange a ring for a smaller size and returned it to them the day after I received it. But they refused to receive my return. I was very disappointed with that.

Beautiful earrings. Quick delivery and easy website. A few more images of the jewelry on the website on people would be nice, but that's is just to compare size.

I bought a beautiful ring from Maria Black at Het Koperhuis in Gent, Belgium. The salesperson promised me that the gold wouldn't fade.
After wearing the ring for only one week (I have an office job and wear my jewellery only during the day, not at night and not in the shower), the gold was faded already and next to that, the gold is so soft that it damages very quickly.
I contacted both Het Koperhuis and Maria Black. It took them a long time to respond and when they did, they rejected my question and told me that I don't have any guarantee on the ring.
I contacted my legal insurance and they judged as following: because the amount that I payed for the ring was too low compared to their fee, they decided not to make a claim. But they 'refunded' the amount to me, because their opinion was that I did have a strong case.
I will never buy any Maria Black jewellery again, this was a very disappointing experience.

The tusk ring I bought is dainty and feminine, and was shipped quickly without any hassel with taxes etc. Pleased!
