If there were no stars that is what I would give this company. I returned my dress and like other customers in these reviews they reported that they never received it even though I had proof they did. After weeks and I mean weeks of emails and waiting on them to "check their warehouse" and offering me credit I finally had to threaten them with legal action.... only then did I finally receive a refund. I will never ever use this company again and will endeavour to tell as many people as possible to avoid like the plague. Awful company...total scammers!

yes of course they are on the outside quite helpful but I WOULD ADVISE ANYBODY ORDERING FROM THEM NOT SO ALSO CLOTHES RUBBISH

When I saw dresses from this company, I immediately fell in love with the style. Ordering online is a gamble. Sometimes expectations and reality can make a big difference, but Mariella didn't disappoint; the result exceeded all expectations! The fabrics are of the highest quality, all the seams are neat, and the size always fits, whether I gain or lose weight. I've bought two dresses, but I'm not done yet. When I wear them, I feel like a queen! I get so many compliments. All my friends have asked for the link to the website. It's hard to please me when it comes to dresses; I prefer trousers. But Mariella dresses are my style!

I have purchased 5 Marielle Stokelaar dresses and love them all. I wear them on repeat and always receive complements. They are classic yet still fresh, modern & stylish. The quality and fabrics are excellent and customer service always outstanding. I refer all my friends and recommend them highly. You will love having these dresses in your wardrobe.

I have purchased four dresses from Marielle and I kept three of them. The return of the fourth was only because the color wasn’t my best, but it too was beautifully made and very special. I cannot count how many compliments I have received on the dresses. Women have stopped me at the market and on the street asking about where I got them. I have the Phoebe and two others whose names I cannot recall. The cotton on the Pheobe is amazing. The others are made of jersey and a linen blend which are also lovely. My very stylish friend said I looked very “Audrey Hepburn like” in the black jersey dress.
I will order dresses from Marielle as long as I am able to wear dresses!

I sent back a return. Paid the shipping and they said they never got it and could only offer credit. So I ordered something on credit and its back ordered for an unforeseeable amount of time . Sadly nothing is going to fit me well bc its one size fits all and what I got felt huge. A simple return would have been fine.

I have bought 3 dresses from this company now. They are all lovely and my latest was the white Estelle dress. Gorgeous!! Wore it on my hols and got lots of compliments!

The fit and the fabric are fabulous in all three dresses I purchased! Looking forward to adding more to my wardrobe.

I returned a dress over a month ago and like other customers I was told that there was a problem in the warehouse with my return. Obviously a very poor system!!. I had proof of delivery so I was told my refund was on the way. Customer service has been extremly bad and I have sent numerous e mail and I still have no refund. Do not use this site!!

I purchased a dress in April and returned it according to their specific return conditions and paid $50 AU to return . They have still not collected or refunded , it’s showing it’s waiting in Netherlands customs . Very slow on responses and I believe they are waiting for Customs to just return it back to me .
The most disappointing online shopping experience I have had .
They are also violation EU policy which I have noted to them .

I ordered a dress and although it says on the site that it will be send within a day, I heard nothing. After a few days I wrote an email and received the dress the following day. That was really nice.
I like the dress, it is a nice fabric and beautiful colors. Especially when it is hot weather I think it will be my favorite dress!

I purchased the Cecilia dress in white and so happy I did. It is fabulous! Cute and crisp and perfect! I wore it with a belt and sandals. I washed it on gentle and put it in the dryer for a few minutes to get the wrinkles out. A quick run through with the steamer and it was ready to wear again. So happy I ordered this dress. The fit was perfect!

The dresses are beautiful and the quality is excellent, which makes this experience even more disappointing.

I returned a dress on May 28 and have proof that it was delivered to the seller. Since then, I have contacted customer service multiple times regarding my refund. First, I was told the package had not been received. After I provided proof of delivery, I was told there was an issue with the warehouse manager. Most recently, I was again told that the return had not been received.

At this point, the issue is clearly internal to the company and not related to the return itself. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly, I still have not received my refund and have had to open a PayPal dispute.

The product quality deserves praise, but the post-purchase customer service and return process have been extremely frustrating. Because of this experience, I would not order from this company again.

Gorgeous dresses, very well made, quickly shipped - they are truly the best bargain I've found for such quality in years - and I'm a hard customer to please.

I was skeptical about ordering from a site I knew nothing about… but I am so glad I did! I had several questions and I received quick responses. I had been dreaming about the pink Estelle dress and ordered it! It was here in less than a week! When I tried it on I fell in love! It is so beautiful and comfortable! I didn’t want to take it off! I will be wearing it next week to my niece’s rehearsal dinner! I will definitely not hesitate to order from this company again!
