nothing received

I place an order 4th of January, I'm waiting still, till now. Today as I'm writing this is 28th of January. I paid 8 punds shipping cost, and they send my with International Economy that was worth 1.6 pounds. Very bad experience. better order from original US website . To bad I can't give lees than one star for their service.

Hi Kamil, Apologies for the delay with your order. It is disappointing that you have not tried to contact us to investigate your delayed order. It was shipped on the same day as the order was placed on an International Tracked and Signed (3-5 days) service not economy. You have previously ordered from us and not had a problem. Royal Mail have let us down on this occasion which we apologise for. We will email you privately to resolve this issue.

Bad customer service

The customer service i received was very poor. I almost felt like dealing with auto respond without having to care about the wrong size I received.

Brilliant customer service

I can never be bothered to write reviews but have taken the time out to write this because of how amazing the customer service was. I ordered the wrong size dropped them a email and Alex responded very quickly with some tips and a way to exchange. I sent them back yesterday and got a email this afternoon saying they had sent them out. Customer service has been outstanding. Fast delivery times.
