The product has not been shipped for the second week. Ignore email letters, facebook messages, inquiries. All information passed on to Paypal and local authorities. Do not buy from them!!!

Ordered, payed but never received

I have ordered a bag on 29th of October, but never received any shipping details or the product. I emailed the company several times, but there is no reply. Probably, I am taken to cleaners.

Ordered 24 November, never received any shipping details, I emailed them 2 weeks ago.. No reply.
Currently I m trying to get a refund through paypal.. Truly disappointed.

My backpack order was placed in the middle of September. No confirmation or status of the order has been sent to me since then. Despite trying to contact them via email, I have not received a response or a refund.

This website is a scam, do not buy from them.

Like others. I to ordered a backpack, and after a week. I noticed it wasn't shipped! I contacted these guys via email and phone call and recieved no response! I ended up doing a charge back on my credit card and got my money back! This company is a scam. They say they are in California which is where I am at. Should not take weeks or months to get an order shipped! I think this scam is actually in China!

Ordered 2 bags. Delivery took 2 weeks and was very disappointed at the quality of the items...crooked lines and poor stitching. The smaller bag had dents in the vinyl like material. This is probably because each cam in a clear huge baggie with made in China marked on them. The outside packages has no cushioning, just thin plastic so if heavy packages are placed on them they can easily get damaged. They did not look like the quality reflected on the site. No refund or exchanges unless defective, which they technically are. However, there are no free returns and they came from overseas which would be a costly return. The designs are great but since they are cheaply made, it's not worth buying. I am just going to give them away and invest in Tumi which is everywhere and has much better quality. They will swap out my items for new ones if there are any issues.

Placed an order for a bagpack on 1st September. Still not received any update on shipping the product. Have been trying to contact them via email but have not received any response from them. Neither have I received a refund!!

I ordered a backpack at the beginning of September and I have never received it. On the package tracking website, it says it has been returned to the sender.

When I tried to contact Mark Ryden they did not say anything.

Do not order, it is a scam.

Ordered a bag on October 7th (Order MKRD5606 confirmed) and absolute silence. Attempts to get feedback by email or the website form have not been responded to.

No customer service number or chatbot. Wondering if this is a real store or an online scam.

Placed and order, got shipping info, packaged was returned to sender. Emailed several times with no reply on if the item is going to be shipped or if they are going to refund the money.

I placed an order more than 1 month ago. They provide me a tracking number which is a fake number, I believe. I can see that my parcel has been returned when I check from delivery company. I have sent several e-mails to Mark Ryden Global, but no any revert. Scrammed. But, I will keep follow it, claim my rights for refunding.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEIR GLOBAL WEBSITE. My order was confirmed on 11th September 2022. After the purchase i only received a mail of confirmation and that my order would be shipped 1-3 days. However since then there has been no update on my order. This is absolutely disappointing and i am so unsatisfied with the service. To this day they haven’t replied to any of my mails or given me any update of it. We here are spending our savings and money on their products and its a disgrace to treat their customers this way. Although I would mention mark ryden US and Canada store had been helpful as they replied to my concerns and said numerous customers were dealing with this issue on their global website and we have to contact them(global website ) for refunds.

They never shipped my product and then they had the balls to say it was shipped to my house. I never received my merchandise and they refused to help me when confronted about the situation. They're customer service representatives, just wasted my time with nonsense.

Totally Scam Don't buy anything I was order on 26 Aug 2022 still have no response still order is unfulfilled even they didn't replied my any email .

Don't buy from this website. They are significantly more expensive than somewhere like Amazon, who sells the same bag, for much cheaper. And the customer service refuses to price match if you happen to find this out after the fact.

It was terrible experience buying in this website. Believe me.
I bought a backpack frome this website. They said that my order would take up to 3 days to be processed, even though I paid extra 4,99€ for the express shipping mode.
During these 3 days, I sent them an email asking for information about my order, they didn't answer me.
I am tired of waiting without an answer, so I am about to talk with the competent authorities and a lawyer.
Don't use this website. And if you want to buy one of these backpacks, use Amazon.

SCAMMER ALERT! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I have asked for a different payment option as Paypal is not operable in Turkey. They have provided me with a bank account in Hong Kong under HONGKONG PINGUAN LEATHER TRADE CO. LIMITED, yet the website says that the company is in the UK (26 Asland Road, London, E15 3LL, UK). There is also another company's information on the website stating that the company is in Cyprus (SHARLOMAY LTD, Agion Theodoron 6 Agios Athanasios, 4102, Limassol, Cyprus).

I have placed my order on 12th July 2022. I got a reply of "Sorry, I'm on vacation, sorry for not replying in time, I'm shipping for you now" on July 21st 2022. Only one person working there? How? Of course, nothing happened. I have sent several e-mails until July 25th 2022. Someone provided me with a Yun Express tracking number. Which is probably a fake one or just an initial tracking number as nothing happened at all. The tracking number is still in 'Processing' status. Thankfully, I haven't wired the payment and paid with a credit card as I am going to start a chargeback process. I will also let Paypal know as this is a complete fraudulent seller.
