Flawed wheel spacing - Excellent customer support
Box arrived in decent shape. The skates look nice and the wheels have good grip. The skates felt good after initial baking to fit following the provided instructions. The skates feel reasonably stiff and the inner liner is comfortable. The tongue feels cheap compared to most other hockey skates I’ve used. It appears as a traditional felt tongue, but really is very thin and the inside feels like it’s stuffed with plastics sheets. The rocker of the flow motion technology can be felt, but not as much as I was hoping for. Definitely a little different than regular inline skates, but not like my ice hockey skates. The back 80mm wheels on both skates touch each other, which inhibit their ability to spin properly. Perhaps this may go away with time as the wheels wear down, but that should not be the case as I would expect skates to come ready to go out of the box. It’s annoying and a bit dangerous to skate with the rear wheels rubbing against each other and drag on the ground because they can’t turn properly. I find this to be unacceptable considering how much these skates cost, and the main reason for a 2 star review.
UPDATE:
Marsblades was nice to reach out and offered replacement parts which had the proper wheel spacing. Excellent customer service to correct the issue.

Amazing Company
Amazing Company. My son loves these. He says they are the best feeling skates he has ever worn. He is able to turn better and smoother on these. Customer service was awesome and fast with response. Super fast shipping!

Perfect Condition
I received my Marsblades within 2 weeks of ordering. When I opened the box the rollerblades were in mint condition and looked amazing. I couldnt wait to try them on. I took them for a skate and I have to say that they were so smooth and skating backwards really felt like skating on ice. It blew my mind and my daughter who was biking said that I was skating like I do on ice. Truly amazing skates.
Only one minor thing which is really my fault. I have size 7 ccm skates (which I like snug!), I tried some rollerblades in some shops around town and realized I was a 7.5 in rollerblades (Marsblade tech also said 1/2 size bigger than skates) but realistically I should have gotten a size 7 but meh I won't return them cause they are AMAZING!

I really dislike the skates and support stopped responding to me after their first email, after offering to do a credit back or exchange.
EDIT 1: Marsblade got back to me with Support and provided an exchange for credits to the store. Thanks to Axel for helping out. I want to rate 5* and will if I can get a pair of skates that I like.
