No apology for damaged goods
Yet again an item was badly damaged in transit. Although the carton appeared undamaged externally, inside one of the 2 Blueberry pots had obviously come adrift. One plant had the support stake driven completely through the pot, and most of the compost was loose within the carton, I cut off all of the damaged shoots.I ended with 1.5 5L plants instead of 2. I reported this to your customer services, asking for comments only, There was not one word of apology, and I was asked to supply photographic evidence. That felt as if I was being accused of lying. I am 80, and do not know how to do this by email anyway. Sorry. I will simply not be buying from you again. An unsatisfactory ending all round

Communication!
I don’t know at what time the parcel was delivered or even if the driver knocked at the door. Someone is usually in. I found my strutch x2 on my doorstep, so I can hardly get out of my front door and I cannot lift this parcel. What would have been helpful is had I been able to speak to the driver, I would have asked for this enormous parcel to be put onto the wheelbarrow in order to move it.
