Marshall's 10, DHL Nil.
Well, due to the carrier (DHL) losing the order, I still haven't received my goods. However, my query to Marshalls was dealt with promptly, I was kept updated & fully informed, and a satisfactory outcome (so far) has resulted. While I can't comment on the products, I can give Victoria from Customer Services 5 stars for everything she's done to get a result.

I appreciated the speed of delivery and communication by Marshalls. When not living near a nursery, it's a valuable service. The plants arrived in fairly good order. The first batch appeared to be a little over watered as the leaves were yellow and some dropping off, but the 2nd & 3rd batch were great, and all seedlings are doing well.

Dahlia 'Café au Lait'
Extremely pleased with the Dahlia 'Café au Lait' and seeds purchase. The items arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The Dahlia is currently in flower and a great delight. The tomato seeds are a repeat purchase as these have done very well this year. Can definitely highly recommend purchasing from Marshalls Garden.

Terrible service!! Ordered leek plants and received them all out of packaging complained and sent photos was then if I wanted a refund or replacement still waiting.Ordered tomato plants last year and received them this year with a£10 sorry note
