Problems with courier
Recently ordered some cabbage plant plugs and I was pleased with the prompt service and delivery. Plants arrived in OK condition except that around half of the plants had come out of the container. The plants appeared to be well packed and the packaging was clearly marked with "Live Plants with an arrow to keep upright. However the company dealing with the carriage obviously did not take any notice of these instructions as around half of the plants were loose within the package, and had been carried up side down at some time. Fortunately, due the short time these plants were in transit, no real damage was done to the plants and they have now been put back where they belong prior to planting. If they had been more delicate plants the result would have been more damaging.

Not up to usual standards as delivery…
Not up to usual standards as delivery gor lost fir several weeks which was a shame as it was a birthday present. Turns out it had been delivered to the incorrect address on the steeet. When the package arrived it was a bit of a mess and compost everywhere!

Packaging needs to be improved…
The plants were badly packed with the result that the boxes were crumpled on arrival because the was too much empty space in the peculiar "double-decker" box arrangement. I have planted them but one is looking a bit sorry for itself. |I'm hoping it will recover.

My last order was damaged hence no opinion on the plants or delivery. But the company did send me a voucher for the no show. So thank you. Customer service is very good. Always helpful and pleasant when dealing with complaints.

Good customer service
Compost did not arrive promptly; after a week I enquired where it was and a replacement was sent out. Eventually both original and replacement orders arrived, so all is well. I appreciate responsive customer service when things go wrong.

Cauliflower delivery
My delivery from you of 12 cauliflower plants was completely damaged. The box was crushed, and all the plants were destroyed. Even though you packed them well. The delivery driver obviously couldn't read English. The box had fragile and live crops written in huge letters on it. If this is the standard of your delivery services. I'm sorry to say, that I won't be using you in the future for all my seedlings and plants ready for next year's planting. I did ring your delivery services, and all I got out of them was. Oh. Well you'll have to ring the supplier about that..
I think you might want to change your delivery service, if you want to continue with online delivery's or you will probably be inundated with complaints like mine.
