I am extremely disappointed with this Marsh finance and the way they have handled my case.
They are the legal owners of the car, yet when serious issues arise they refuse to help or take any real responsibility. Instead of support, I have been left dealing with constant repairs, ongoing problems, and complete inconvenience.
The car is undrivable, and I have not been able to use it since December. That is completely unacceptable. Being left without a working vehicle for this long has caused a huge amount of stress, disruption, and financial pressure. I expected far better from a company that legally owns the car and should be helping to resolve serious faults, not ignoring the situation.
Their customer service has been poor, their response has been unhelpful, and I feel let down at every stage. I would strongly warn others to think very carefully before dealing with them, as my experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and unacceptable from start to finish.

I purchased a SsangYong Turismo a few years ago from Newton & Lee County Durham. The car was sub standard, dirty inside and out, had bad squeaking brakes, a rattle underneath plus missing interior rear trim. I wanted to return it as faulty goods but was promised by Marsh that they would ensure Tony Lee would make things right, which he never did. I took them at their word and ended up keeping the car. Paid £250 a month finance and most months between £200-£300 in repairs and replacing parts. After 3 years of never missing a payment and personal income of 50k a year I asked if I could revamp the finance and change the car and they said no. Another company offered me a £18,000 loan for a nearly new Citroen which I gladly accepted. I Voluntarily Terminated the car as paid over half but Marsh made every excuse not to collect it for around 2 months, then said I had to pay the missed finance payments. I generally dealt with a guy at Marsh called Faz and said no worries Faz I will request the help of the Ombudsman. Faz then emailed saying I could VT the vehicle with no more payments. The car was collected by BCA a couple of weeks ago and Marsh are now saying car will be sold at auction and I will need to pay the shortfall. Avoid this company like the plague as they have no internal communication skills!
