Although this online store is not as big or as popular as Amazon, this store offers very competitive pricing and free delivery service for the same quality merchandise or appliances offered at Amazon. They also utilized the fast Amazon delivery system and their customer support is very responsive. I will buy again from this online store.

I placed an order and received a confirmation and charge to my CC, but no further word for six days. After two update requests to support (the first of which went unanswered) they responded, cancelled my order and refunded the charge. Wasted my time and I won't be back.

Purchased a table saw on Martsiscover.com. It got her super quick and was $80 cheaper than anywhere else. Have not used it yet but I did set it up and everything seems good.

We bought an e-snow blower. Husband assembled, charged battery and assured that the item starts. No blowable snow yet so jury is out on effectiveness of equipment. Packaging was atrocious however. Parts of item were scratched and the box looked like it was used as a test subject in a commercial dryer. Other reviews have said as much so we weren't surprised. Instructions for assembly were a little sparce, lacking details that might have made assembly faster. No parts list so hopefully those two extra screws are indeed extra.

I ordered a Cuisinart food processor on January 1st. I received an automated confirmation email in response to my order but have not received any communication at all since that time. I have reached out by phone, email, and via the website and have received no response.

Poor quality of product, damaged and not usable. We did submit that there was an issue within 14 days but did not hear anything back

Order was placed on Christmas Eve, Was shopping at another merchant for a shop stool and found you had it at a better price, saved 10 dollars. Came fast , delivered on the 30th.

i wouldn't trust this company. i read all the reviews and tried to trust the good ones-- but after an order and shipping i TOO got an email that it was damaged in shipping and was refunded. also- they don't allow you to pay through paypal so now i am wondering if they do this just to get credit card info to scam you later.

After ordering a gift at another site, they canceled my order days later leaving me little time to purchase elsewhere. I then found MartDiscover, read your reviews and decided to give it a try. Ordering was easy, tracking was accurate to within a half a day, delivery time was good, and the price was better than anyone else’s I could find. Thank you much.

The only reason why I give 1 star is because I can’t give 0 stars, after A whole week my order done they cancel it because they say the delivery going to take longer than normally. I don’t recommend this store they are unprofessional. And liers

They were one of the best companies I've purchased from. I received emails keeping me informed with each step of my order. They emailed after I received it asking if everything was good. The product was well packed and in perfect condition. Best of all, it was the lowest price I could find.
I highly recommend.

Customer Service for Discover Mart was outstanding. They dealt with the issue within 24 hours of my feedback.

I ordered a coffee maker from their website. It took about 5 days to ship and immediately it was marked as "return to sender". They stated it was damaged in shipping. It took a week for it to return to sender which involved it making the entire trip to my town and being sent back (when it was at their distribution site to start with). THEN instead of shipping me a new one like I requested they told me that they are refunding the product so I lose the price from which it was purchased at. Do not use this company they give you the run around.

As i wrote before this is the 3rd time this company has surprised me with it's fast delivery to my front door. For the most part they're painless to deal with and i enjoy the Martdiscover site. I must have found items routinely 60 bucks cheaper on it.

I recently purchased an expensive food processor for a Christmas gift. MartDiscover had the best price. So I tried them. The purchase itself was fast and easy. Much like Amazon or Ebay. I got an invoice with a PO number and all looked like it was on the up and up. But no tracking number. I started to get a bit nervous. After about 48 hrs I got a tracking number email. The tracking number started with TBA which I had not seen before. So I looked the number up on the internet and it showed (could not find any info). Now I'm really nervous. Checked my bank and the money was still in my account. Checked internet scam advisors and the most I could find was (does not appear to be a scam or insufficient data). Although one said. (Company was less than a year old). So not enough data one way or another. I found out TBA is a Amazon shipping service number TBA means to be announced. Checked with Amazon and no number found. Shortly after that I received an out for delivery notice with a number to give to the delivery driver. Checked the bank. My money was still there. Then I received a phone to tell me my item was out for delivery and verified the number. 3 hrs later a white unmarked van pulls up. About this time I'm thinking I just bought a 99 cent bottle of bleach in a cardboard box. (it happened to me before with ebay). So I took a box cutter with me to the van. Got the package and opened it. A there was my purchase. In a factory packed box.
So if you purchase from Martdiscover. Don't expect the exact experience as Amazon or Ebay. They just have a different way of doing things is all.
Overall their price's beat everyone else. Shipping just as fast as the others. And I can't believe I actually got a conformation call from them.
I will be purchasing from them again
