Stupidly broken UI leads to extra charges
Got charged EUR 55 for a mistake that originated in their broken UI. It's probably the only company I've seen out there that gives you a form field that literally says FIRST NAME, then expects you to write both your first AND middle name there, and then — if you don't contact them within 24 hours — tells you to cover the change fee from your own pocket. Their representative, after seeing my passport, tried to correct me that my middle name is, in fact, a part of my first name. Well, thank you, I didn't know my own name for four decades! At least my problem got solved, but it doesn't change the fact that a reputable company, seeing this, would simply eat the additional charge and FIX. THEIR. USER. INTERFACE.
Oh, and by the way, I'd normally say their entire website is almost certainly machine-translated without any human supervision, since this matches the overall quality level. But actually, it's even lower than that, an AI wouldn't make that many mistakes. They probably hired a single underpaid careless student for this and collected their work via a spreadsheet without providing context, because boy, these translations are sloppy, confusing, and full of typos (looking at Polish translation here, I don't know about others). Absolutely no QA, so this should have been a red flag from the very beginning, and I sort of blame myself for not being on alert here.
Another problem: you're not allowed to change currency unless you're signed in, so good luck on your first order.
I hope I'll at least get on board.

Real bad experience! DO NOT BOOK TICKETS WITH THEM! Or you will regret!
Reserved tickets with them but told by the airline that we will not be able to get aboard to the flight due to the country's changing air flight transfer policy. They charged 40% of the reservation and only refunded about 60% of the order price although we only ordered within 24 hours.

❌ Terrible Experience – Money Taken, No Confirmed Ticket ❌
I attempted to book an urgent flight through MartiGO, redirected from Google Flights. The fare was marked as "guaranteed for 12 minutes", so I paid €1,600 immediately.
➡️ No confirmation received.
➡️ Customer support told me to wait.
➡️ Then I received an email saying the booking was rejected and a refund was initiated.
What’s worse? The same flight, at the same price, was still listed minutes later. When I called again, the agent advised me not to book it again, as the same thing would happen: payment taken, ticket rejected, refund "eventually" processed.
This is misleading, stressful, and deeply unprofessional. MartiGO takes your money for flights they can’t guarantee, then locks your funds while offering no real solution.
⚠️ I absolutely do not recommend this platform. Avoid it — especially if you're booking under time pressure or urgency.

Positive feedback for rebooking flight due cancellation from airline
We booked our flight but two weeks later on of the continuous flight was cancelled by the airline. I tried to contact airline directly but not successfully. Martigo helped me a lot to solve my problem, replied really fast and now they find another flight and rebooked our flight for free. I am really happy to leave a comment here. Next time I won’t be afraid to buy tickets through them.
