Exceptional service delivery …
I booked flights through Martigo and when I got to the airport to check in was turned away as I only had 1 blank page left in my passport. I had to renew my passport and when it finally arrived I reached out to Martigo to enquire about what options are available for rebooking as well as funds paid already I was assisted by a gentleman named Aljohn Lucero who was professional and very accommodating in my requests. We looked at different available options and instead of losing all the money that was paid before we came to a solution that worked for both of us. It was the first time I ever dealt with Martigo and I am very impressed with their professionalism and their willingness to assist their customers...I will definitely book all future flights through this company again.

The process was pretty straight forward and booking went pretty seamless. The only complaint was that the price that was shown in the search was not the price that I ended up paying. It was slightly increased.

Great customer service. My flight was cancelled and as soon as I emailed martiGo to inform them, they were very quick to help me arrange an alternative flight for my family. Excellent communication and speed of service!

Great service
Made a booking in start of March for Easter trip. Easy booking, clearly cheaper the other pages.
Had to cancel one of 3 tickets on the return, 1,5 day prior to return date.
They fixed it easy with just a few e mails.
Would definitely recommend the page and customer service.

Absolutely appalling. So much delay when trying to change the return flight, that the cost tripled between interactions! Impossible to talk to anyone - you just get a recorded message in German.
