What happened to my glasses you con artists
I have used them in the past with no issues they supposedly sent my glasses but i never received them wont return calls or emails going to file a dispute with my bank to get the money back.
One of the worst online experiences ever - STAY AWAY!!!!
I created an account and purchased glasses over 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything from them. I've called them over 20 times with no response and no person on the other end. I also emailed them 4 times and I only get a generic email returned. When I tried to login to see the status of my order I did not remember my email. They have already charged me and I have no way of knowing if my order will come or if I will ever get a refund. They will not communicate with you and they also have terrible ratings on Better Business Bureau. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
There are other better places to order from.
Not A Happy Camper with Marvel Optics.
I was a return customer. Great product and turn around was a few days longer than Walmart but at half the price. My wife want new glasses, followed same procedures with Marvel Optics website without the same results this time. Going on 35 days. I contacted CS and left VM, received call back from a young lady. She found the order and told me there is a 15 day process time. Based on the date I was at 20 days but she assured me my order should be in by the first couple of days of the coming week. Well still nothing as of today, 11/15/2019. Original order was placed 10/10/2019. I’ve left 4 voice mails at customer service and no calls back. Sent e-mail to their customer service and got a ticket reply of 2693 but nothing else. I paid $134 on 10/10/2019, today my wife ordered glasses through Walmart for $292 and Marvel Optics has my $134.
I may be the only one this has happened to.
Not a happy customer.
