hi, after purchasing 3 Mary's Tank Tops in the wrong size I was away sick and i took a long time to try and return them. I contacted the company who took a very long time to get back to me. When I reached out again, they were very apologetic and have promised to replace the small tops with a bigger size. I am still yet to receive them, but I am sure they are coming.

Crap quality, ridiculous sizing. Marketed as a home grown product… it’s cheap, revolting fabric cut without a hem or finish at all. No label. No washing instructions! Garbage!

Great after purchasing, my garments were wrong size so much support in getting the right size sent to me with prompt follow up emails. 👍

Support tank with sewn-in padding offers a light lift and stays comfortable around the shoulders, but the shaping effect is fairly moderate and not very defined.

Took almost 4 weeks to received items. I found them to be very poor quality and the sizing was terrible.
Upon request for advice on how to return for exchange I have heard nothing until today. An offer of $25 for a review.
Expecting nothing. Avoid. This company is fraudulent!!

Order arrived unfortunately the size was way too small for my normal fitting. Gave it to my daughter

tracked down my missing order, very quick and courteous responses.

Bra replacement cami has become a fairly convenient option for everyday errands, offering light support and a comfortable, lightweight feel, though it doesn’t provide strong shaping.

My experience so far is that during my order I made a mistake and forgot to change a colour. I emailed them and got a very quick response and then an email to confirm the change. So far I'm liking the frequent updates from the team.

Size Large would barely fit a 10 year old child. I requested a refund. They offered that I pay another $15.00 to be sent a larger size and keep the originals. The fabric is very thin, minimal stretch, rolls up. I requested a refund as I was unhappy with the product. They advised they dont offer refunds and offered a 20% refund only, and I can keep the product. The product is very substandard.

I did reply that the sizes wasn’t correct. Within minutes I received an email offering to replace my order with a different size (30 day size satisfaction guaranteed)
Great customer service.

At the moment I am trying to resolve an issue that I most probably caused. Once that is resolved the star level will increase. So far the response has been good but as I said, my faukt.

Washed mine in a laundry bag giving the bra no room to move. Insert was folded in half & part of a seam opened so I had to manipulate the pieces back in shape. Absolutely nothing like the advertised product. Disgraceful.

Support tank top with sewn-in padding feels comfortable for home and casual outings, though the support becomes a bit average after several hours of wear. The fabric is still gentle on the skin and generally pleasant.
