Finally arrived. Cheap crap, wrong colors, and they’ve been deaf to appeals. They should be ashamed. I really liked the pictured design, but reality is flimsy, undersized cheat metal and plastic.

This is a massive AI generated scam

This is a massive AI generated scam. The company claims to be hand crafted jewelry in Vancouver. Then you get a purchase receipt with a tracking number. This number works for 2 weeks and goes to some AI generated tracking info that says your purchase is being shipped from China. Shortly after it says it has reached the airport in China, the tracking number doesn't work and the website is down. Just started a VISA dispute of the purchase and low and behold the website is up again. I have sent an email to request a refund and we'll see what the bot returns as a reply. Hopefully this will help someone avoid the same error.
**UPDATE: After posting this review, I amazingly had a package delivery of the jewelry pieces. The "Canadian jewelry brand handmade for dreamy, free and travelling souls" had a set of earrings made in Korea, vintage inlaid pearl ring "made from 925 Sterling Silver" is silver coated plastic. Cheap costume jewelry at best.
So not as advertised with an interestingly timed delivery. I should have noticed that the tab for the site just says CAD and this is now CAD 2 because they are on their second go around.
Buyer beware!
***UPDATE 2: Sorry to see others are going through the same thing. At first the company said they wouldn't give a refund. Just noticed an email went to my spam folder a month ago saying I could get a refund if I sent the package back to CHINA!! So I sent an email today asking why handcrafted jewelry from Canada needed to go back to a warehouse in China? Also sent a screen shot of the then CAD3 site that is now unavailable. Should be a matter of time before CAD4 is up and running for the next round. Still have to deal with my credit card company to see about a fraud alert. Pain in the buttocks to be sure!
