Great table, beat expectations

Easy shipping, wonderful product! Basically plug n play. I like it more than the Earthlites they have at work, and I’m not joking! They’re constantly replacing the controllers!

This is my first electric table

This is my first electric table. So far it is wonderful. I choose the white glove delivery option and every thing when will all I do was open the door and the delivery people took care of the rest.

Career Saver & Clients love it!

I've been in practice for over 20 years and I decided to upgrade my table. I really wanted to get a table that would give me the most options for clients without breaking the bank. To be truthful I shopped around for a few months. I checked the big names in the industry, and I was shocked at the cost. For the same features that this wonderful table has, the other guys wanted well over double. So for me it was a easy choice to give this a try.

When I was going through the ordering process I was asking questions in their chat feature. They were beyond helpful and informative. They really made me feel at ease and confident in my choice.

I had it delivered and paid a local moving company to move it into my room, I was unable to use the wheels to get it into the room since it needed to go up some stairs.

I've been using the table for about 2 months now, so I feel that I can give it an accurate review.
First of all the esthetic of the table is so nice. It's very sleek and looks professional. The padding is great! It's super soft. I still put an additional foam topper on it since I'm more of a deep tissue therapist. I did that for 2 reasons, one: to provide my clients extra comfort, and second: to help extend the life of the tables covering.

Second the controls and table function.
The controls couldn't be easier. I wanted the fully electric lifts not only for the height of the table but for the back and knee lifts. I had a pneumatic lift for the back and knees before, but as I age I knew that was going to be a challenge to keep up with. The foot pedal is so well made. It's very sturdy compared to the big name companies. The controller for the lifts hang neatly under the table with easy access, but keeps it out of the way when not in use. The movements are fairly quiet, but it's not a whisper drive like some companies have. But honestly when I asked my clients about it, none of them said that the sound was disturbing or too loud. They all said the comfort of the table and the customizable lift for the back and knees far outweighed the noise.

Third, the overall experience for use from my perspective. I absolutely need a hydraulic table, using a static height table is killer on my back. The lift is easy to use with the touch of the toe. The lift is smooth and doesn't have any unnecessary movements. When having a client in supine I have them scoot down a bit more than usual so their knees are in the appropriate position for the knee lift. I feel that when you lift the back and knees it gives the client the feel of zero gravity. It cuts down on them being so dizzy when getting up. It allows for a much easier time for clients to get up when they are in a semi reclined position, or at times I'll drop the knees to more flat and lift them more to a seated position and it really helps them up much easier. The only things I haven't used is the solid head pillow (I'll keep that for when I see really tall clients when in supine), and the arm rests.

Finally what my clients say about it. All of my clients love the comfort of the face cradle, and the extra comfort the back and knee lifts give. They love having the option to use the arm sling that came with the table. One in particular is greatful i can get them to that seated position so they can get up easier. The only thing I have heard is that they wish it was a bit wider, but that is about it. It's the width of a standard table, my old one was extra wide.

Overall the last 2 months of using this table has elevated my practice and clients have been so pleased. It's also cut down on how much I have to use my back when I use to use the pneumatic lifts, now it's just a touch of a button. If you find yourself looking for a new table, I highly recommend this one. Honestly in my opinion this table was the best purchase I've ever made for my practice.

Recently order from a doctor office

Recently, after I saw the Massage Tools website showing the E2 Stationary Heating Unit was "in Stock and delivery on 4/29", I ordered an E2 on 4/23/25 from the Massage Tools with Price $875.25 plus shipping $58.86 with total charge $934.11. I did not receive any information regarding shipping or tracking# from the company until I called the customer service on 4/28/25. The manager in the Massage Tools said that the E2 was out of stock and the order would be “back order” and he could not estimate the available date. Since the E2 is urgent need, based on the manager’s advice, I have to cancel the order, but later on the company charged me about $94 with no reason. I would like to have all Massage Tools potential customers’ comments: What is the goodwill and reputation with this company?
After several phone calls, the company agreed that was their mistake and refund full amount back.

This customer placed an order for a Chattanooga - Hydrocollator E-2 stationary heating unit on April 22, 2025. This item normally has a 2-day leadtime, but upon receipt of the order, the manufacturer indicated they had a temporary stock-out and would work to verify the product's leadtime. Before we were able to confirm the leadtime with the manufacturer and communicate it to the customer, the customer called us to request a status update. We explained the situation - including the fact that the manufacturer was working to confirm the timeline of the product's availability - and tried to help the customer find a substitute product, but he needed the exact out of stock item in question. We accepted his cancellation and refunded his order on April 28, 2025. Occasionally the payment merchant holds back a portion of the refund temporarily; the customer's full refund was processed very shortly after his request to cancel. After we reached out to him about this review, he indicated he wished to revise it but stated that he had lost his Trustpilot login credentials.

In the rare instances in which product leadtime information on our storefront is not completely accurate, we work to quickly inform the customer and recommend substitute products. Per our terms and conditions, the customer always has the final say over whether to continue with their order and we always grant full refunds in situations in which the customer does not agree to a substitute product and requests a cancellation instead. Well do not order unless you have…

Well do not order unless you have unlimited time. They will give you an estimated date which is what I based it off of. I had to call them the day before to see if it was coming and of course it wasn't. Zero communication on that. It came in 10 days later so I had to cancel clients and lost more money. Then I paid hundreds extra for white glove delivery because there are two flights of stairs. They sent ONE person so I had to help him get it up the stairs anyways. Order your table off Amazon and just pay your friends to help. Such a waste of money. And of course every time I call they say they are waiting to hear from the third party business. Interesting, it's been weeks since then. They will give you the run around and not refund when they did something wrong. Would not recommend. Really disappointed in the customer service.

This customer placed an order on March 21, 2025, for an Earthlite Ellora Electric Lift Mobile Massage Table, a custom-made item with an estimated lead time of 2–4 weeks.

The order shipped April 10, 2025, via White Glove Service, which includes delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, setup, and removal of packaging, as detailed on our website (https://massagetools.com/shipping-warranty-returns.html). Tracking was emailed April 11, and delivery was completed April 18, 2025.

The customer left the above review 13 days later, on May 1. To respond to some of the customer's specific comments:

"I had to call them the day before to see if it was coming and of course it wasn't"

The customer contacted us before the carrier had reached out to arrange delivery. We promptly provided carrier contact information so they could coordinate directly.

"Zero communication on that"

Our records show consistent communication via email and phone to keep the customer updated.

"It came in 10 days later so I had to cancel clients and lost more money"

The order shipped April 10 and delivered April 18, within the stated lead time. Freight delivery by truck balances speed and cost, with transit times of 3–10 business days.

"Then I paid hundreds extra for white glove delivery because there are two flights of stairs."

This customer paid $595 for White Glove Service, which includes delivery to a room of choice, unpacking, and removal of packing materials and pallet. This delivery was performed satisfactorily.

"They sent ONE person so I had to help him get it up the stairs anyways"

White Glove teams usually include two or more people, but depending on item size and tools used (e.g. moving harnesses), a single trained professional can complete delivery, as was the case here. This customer was under no obligation to assist the delivery person and our customers do not need to assist white glove delivery teams when deliveries are being performed. We ask our customers not to worry about the ability of the assigned delivery person to complete delivery.

"And of course every time I call they say they are waiting to hear from the third party business. Interesting, it's been weeks since then."

This customer waited less than 2 weeks after delivery to leave this review, while our attempts to address her concerns were still ongoing.

This customer's delivery was performed satisfactorily - which she does not dispute - and she is not entitled to a refund for a delivery service which was performed and for which we bore the costs. Nonetheless, since late April, we have tried contacting the customer multiple times via phone and email to discuss her concerns and an appropriate resolution but she has not been responsive.

We called this customer on May 1, May 7–9, May 12, and May 14 and emailed her on May 5 and May 15 with no response.

If our customers are ever unhappy, we always try to find a resolution - but they must be willing to speak with us before we can do so.

We wish this customer the best with her table and business.

I absolutely LOVE this table

I absolutely LOVE this table!
The delivery and set up was pain free.
The motor is quiet and the table can be
maneuvered with ease.
I highly recommend this purchase to anyone looking for a comfortable but uncomplicated table.

Good product, odd hiccup w/ transition to newer model

The machine arrived with all parts in good condition, but the company had just updated the pieces to a newer, more sturdy model with different accessories. I wouldn't have minded much, but it was different than the picture of the machine I ordered online, and perhaps because the company had just recently updated (within the last week per my customer service correspondence), it also arrived without an instruction manual to put it together (the pieces were different than the model in the picture). I couldn't find any manuals online myself for this model, but customer service let me know what was up and sent me an email attachment with the correct assembly manual. I would assume they've corrected and updated these issues in the last week. If so, highly recommend this machine should work for my clinic for a good decade at least.

Works very well to fit whatever…

Works very well to fit whatever position is needed for patient comfort. We use it more as a table than a chair. Ordered the white glove service and it was unpacked and set up for me. Great customer service. Would purchase again from them.

Great chair and worth the money

Great chair and worth the money

As someone who spends long hours working with patients, having a chair that can be easily adjusted to fit my needs has made a big difference.

This chair is incredibly versatile, with smooth and easy-to-use adjustments for both height and tilt. I will say it takes some patience as it is slow in its movements. However if you need to sit someone completely upright for precision tasks or lean back for comfort, you can easily find the perfect position without hassle and the rotation is a game changer. I plan on buying another in the future for our other treatment room.

Podiatry Office / Medical Nail Salon Chairs

My patients and nail salon clients have been absolutely loving these chairs. They are so comfortable to sit in. They are easy to get into and out of and the adjustable positioning allows for maximum comfort. And, on top of all the ways in which they function well, they are aesthetically gorgeous!

Terrible company

Terrible company. I ordered a massage table that was delivered to a distributor that is fraudulent. The distributor never answers the phone, lie and document nothing and tell them I canceled delivery. I Tried working with the company for a refund and they refused because the table needed to be returned. I have no control over their distributor. I lost several days of work waiting for delivery that never happened. I sent them the reviews of the distributor that verifies how bad they are shows others have the same problem with them. There only answer was to continue delivering the table with the same company or a refund when returned minus shipping. I can’t control the distributor and they don’t stand behind their distributors so I ended up having to call my bank to file a claim. These people do not care about you. Don’t use them. I’m also alerting AMTA, ABMP and massage boards so others don’t lose thousands of dollars in missed work and fighting these guys. UPDATE: 2/25/25 The company finally responded once I put a claim in with my bank and found another carrier to deliver the table; only refunded me $200 in shipping even though I paid $595 for white glove shipping & delivery, so glad this ordeal is over.

This customer ordered an Oakworks Proluxe on December 24, 2024. The order shipped February 3, 2025, via our white glove delivery service. Delivery was scheduled for Thursday, February 13 at 6:00 PM, but the agent experienced a rare mechanical issue with their truck and had to reschedule. The agent left the customer a voicemail apologizing and offered to reschedule for Monday, February 17 or Tuesday, February 18.

On February 17, the customer called us claiming the agent had failed to deliver or communicate on three separate occasions. Our representative assured her we would investigate and coordinate delivery. Our fulfillment team followed up with the agent, who confirmed only one previous appointment (February 13) had been set. The agent also said the customer had agreed to a new delivery for February 18 between 2:00 and 6:00 PM.

However, on the morning of February 18, the customer left a voicemail with our agent canceling the delivery, then called us and stated she wished to cancel the order entirely, citing a lack of trust in the white glove agent.

According to our Shipping, Warranty & Returns Policy, canceling an in-transit order or refusing delivery for reasons other than visible damage constitutes an elective return. Her reason—mistrust of the delivery agent—does not exempt the order from our policy. Our Policy (https://massagetools.com/shipping-warranty-returns.html) states in part:

"Refusal of Freight Delivery
Once a freight item has shipped, if you refuse to accept the shipment for any reason other than visible damage… your refusal will constitute an elective return under our Returns Policy."

And:

"The freight carrier will call you at least one day in advance to schedule a delivery window… We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day or time."

We explained that her cancellation would be treated as an elective return but also offered to reschedule the delivery and handle all communication on her behalf. She rejected both options, became verbally abusive, insisted on a full refund despite the non-refundable shipping costs we had incurred, and ended the conversation.

Customers cannot select which agents we use for a particular white glove service, and no vendor in our industry offers this option. Still, to facilitate an amicable resolution to this customer’s order, we located a new white glove delivery agent on the afternoon of February 18. Shortly thereafter, the customer posted this Trustpilot review and initiated a chargeback on her order.

On February 19, we hired the new delivery agent at an additional $200 expense to us. The customer agreed to rescind the chargeback—which would otherwise have failed—as a condition of proceeding with delivery. The new agent picked up the customer's table from the original agent and delivered and set up the new table for the customer on February 25. We issued a $200 courtesy refund that same day.

In sum, we refunded the customer $200 (outside of our policy) and spent $200 of our own funds to arrange an alternative delivery agent (also outside of our policy). The delivery process was complicated and prolonged by the customer’s refusal to accept a policy-compliant solution and her combative stance from February 18 onward.

After delivery, this customer updated her Trustpilot review:

"UPDATE: 2/25/25 The company finally responded once I put a claim in with my bank and found another carrier to deliver the table; only refunded me $200 in shipping even though I paid $595 for white glove shipping & delivery, so glad this ordeal is over."

The customer received the delivery service she paid for—via a second agent at no extra charge—and a $200 refund she was not entitled to under our policy. We strive to do right by our customers, even when it comes at a cost. We successfully deliver thousands of freight orders to our customers each year, with well over 99% completed smoothly for happy customers.

We wish this customer the best with her table and her business.

Amazing, Personal Service!

Upgrading my table was an investment I knew I needed to make for my own health/biomechanics, as well as the comfort of my physical therapy clients. Massage Tools website was incredibly easy to navigate and included demonstration videos that showed the table in use. Talking with a fellow practitioner over the phone about my needs and receiving their guidance was exactly what I needed to feel confident in my table selection. The table was made to order and shipped to my clinic. From start to finish, the entire process of working with Massage Tools was easy, supportive, and enjoyable! Great Buy!
