Instant payout was canceled 3 times even though I’ve used it before. Had to change to same day bank transfer - which really takes 48 hours?!?! Why would you not say that before hitting confirm?

The responses showed that their agents lacked process knowledge, offered impossible solutions, or used macros to close cases quickly without understanding the issue, taking 3 to 4 weeks to resolve a simple transfer. A nightmare.

It is undeniably disheartening when a service exhibits substantial potential yet falls short in critical areas that significantly impact user experience. While Masspay has made commendable strides in customer support, the high fees and extended withdrawal periods raise concerns that could deter potential users from fully embracing the platform. Overall, I believe that addressing these key issues would greatly enhance the overall user experience and unlock the full potential of Masspay as a payment solution.

My experience with MassPay has been very disappointing. I had a payment from 16 sept that was not released to me within the expected timeframe, and getting help from customer support was extremely frustrating. I reached out multiple times but did not receive the kind of timely and helpful assistance I expected.
When dealing with people’s money, communication and transparency are very important. I hope MassPay improves its customer service and payment processing so other users don’t have to go through the same experience.
