First time using it. Payment was issued on Friday (sept 11) MassPay communicated that the same day and today is Saturday (Sept 12) and the money is in my account. Also like to mention their customer service is great! I wasn’t sure what the password for the deposit was and received a response within a couple hours hence being able to deposit soooo quickly! This was a great experience and highly recommend.

What made it great was that it was quick to receive. What I was not pleased with was having to provide my Social. Since the company is international. I am glad I have credit monitoring.

It is fairly clunky to set up. I had a few errors and delays. I was requested to set up again, however it was already set up. And on attempt to login after my initial set up and revisiting the site, was prompted with code to enter (which had been sent to my phone number) no code was received and not option for help or another course of action. Fees are incredibly high. Plus, the final conversion rate is different from the one it shows you when you select the transfer method.
